You don't really need the third guitar in the chorus. You just play the fifth one octave up with your pinky in the rythm guitar

I try to play it as it was recorded by FOB, that's why I played three guitars. However, you're right, I saw some live performances where they play the song the way you mention. Thanks a lot for watching!!!
