I used to question why Pete steps back to Andy while performing, until a friend of mine told me that the drummer always goes in the same beat with the bass, like they're a tandem when performing. I guess Pete just wants to hear Andy better.

@superdonutchik9 жыл бұрын
Your joking right? That's is pop drumming andy can do so much better like in the albums infinity on high and under the cork tree... You want amazing drumming go check out Christian coma of black veil brides he's amazing
@Gnzlz7079 жыл бұрын
Mersasa enriquez I'm aware he's done "heavier" drumming. Infinity on High is one of my favorite albums of all time. But I respect that he can strip things down. Is it complex, no, but he plays with a lot of heart. That's why I said his drumming here is magic.
@gourdwitch9 жыл бұрын
Tbh, I defy anyone who doesn't know what they're doing to try and even do "pop drumming". There's no such thing as easy drumming, I've been doing it since I could hold a drum stick, and all of it is complex in its own way--and Andy Hurley is particularly talented. Love him! :D

The main reason they sometimes don't sound too good live is because vocally a Fall Out Boy set is extremely hard, musically sometimes it's a bit off or wrong notes are played, barely any artists can play a full set without messing up

It is so much easier to watch/film a FOB concert than it is a MCR concert. Here Pete and Joe switch sides of the stage for about ten seconds; whereas in MCR concerts Gee moves quite a bit, and Frank is full on running in circles and throwing his guitar at people's faces

what's practically impossible is playing the mighty fall on guitar and singing. trust me i've tried. and also i think part of the reason he's so good at that is because he actually likes playing drums a lot. He even auditioned for FOB as a drummer
