I don't own the Adidas stripe sneaker either. Yes, they are cute but I tend to stay away from what EVERYONE is wearing because they go out of style too fast. I try to find something similar in silhouette/style but yet different. I would totally wear those cute pink DV sneakers. You won't see everyone wearing them like the Adidas stripe sneakers. I loved slingbacks back in the 90's but somehow I am not so keen on them now. Don't know why. Maybe because I don't wear heels (except for boots with a block heel) anymore in my 50's. I might wear a flat slingback but even then I don't know. l do love the flat MaryJane ballet shoes and am planning on buying a pair this fall.

Great choices! The only shoes you won’t see on my feet, ballerina flats. I think they look great on other people I don’t like them on me. I have always worn some type of heel and flats are just uncomfortable.

Ballerina flats are SO awful. They look terrible on most women. They're super uncomfortable, at least for me as I have a higher arch and that are so flat.

My daughter was on the TV show “What Not To Wear” and they put her in pointed toe shoes and she destroyed her feet and created bunions from them! Beware! BTW, she is only 4’9” so she was a real challenge for them! ❤

The older I get, the more I dislike trendy cheap shoes. I would rather spend more and get comfortable shoes with arch support . Cheap vinyl look like cheap vinyl shoes - not attractive at all. Invest in a few pair of leather , good quality shoes.
