Random thought Donicha. It may help you. There is this KZbinr I watch called “Acre Homestead” her name is Becky. She has a home garden and makes A LOT of recipes from scratch. She also is popular for her freezer meals. She’s big on taking a day and making a load of meals that she puts in the freezer that she can pull out and heat up when she needs it. Whether she is tired or doesn’t want to cook that day. I thought it may be helpful if you follow her and try some of her techniques and recipes. She talks about making stuff in bulk and then freezing it so it can be a gift to your future self. I thought to recommend this because I know you said you were making healthier choices and I saw you pick up the salsa. I was thinking you can make that at home and it will taste better. I hope this can help you especially now that your family has grown and you may be more busy especially as you stated you are going back to school. I feel her channel can be a great resource for u and your family food-wise! God bless!❤

No it’s not fast food still cost more and leaves you still hungry. Eating healthy can be pricey but we have to learn portion control as well and incorporate healthier veggies because fiber is actually filling!

Grow your own food you buy a fruit and don't plant it majority of the time people don't eat them ( they are meant to be planted and ate not thrown away that tree that that seed produces can feed generations with teh right care ) I drink the water and eat the pulp ginger good for your body all the food in the stores come from a tree plant etc. Vs a plastic baggy filled with 20 or more ingredients that give you so much disease, whereas coconuts n ginger are sealed by nature response to the sun this is why people who talk just sometimes dont know or they know and just are the expert of it all how every look at the lables at your local store and read sprouts ingredients if you read a lemon peel it's not going to say alot it's a lemon that's how simple it is for you and your mind and body to process it's great
