Wauw you really are ready for autumn 🤭 I must admit Autumn has a huge 'cozyness' feeling and I love how you brought this into your home, very inviting . But indeed suddenly the change of saison is very present , I just am afraid to dive into it too soon as the time of darker shorter days is so so long and I am still going on "summer" holiday in september so I just going to wait a little bit till I am back to immerse myself into it 😉and we have , probably at your place too ,a few 'warm Indian Summer days ahead . Summer holidays in September are the best! I loved going on holidays in early autumn. But we do not have this luxury any more, because my son goes to school in September. I know that many people love summer, and are in no hurry to dive into the cooler and darker season. And I think it's great! But for me the last month of summer is always emotionally difficult (don't really know why), and when I feel the first chill in the air, I can breath again 😊

Thank you😊I'm happy you enjoyed it! For this painting I also used the colored pencils for the final shading on top of the watercolor. Colored pencils defiantly added vibrance to the otherwise medium-bright watercolors.

Thank you for being interested in my art🧡I'm readying the scanned file of this painting to send it for print, so the cards with the fairy & the fox will be available in my shop really soon 😊 I'm also planning to list the original painting, but it should be pressed and framed first, so may take a bit more time. It will be available towards the end of the month though.
