A lot of times i think its so overrated that people film videos about the tiniest details of everything they do but it's so different with you. It is so therapeutic to watch your around the house cleaning videos. It actually calms me down because i love cleaning too but get lazy sometimes.

That is crazy how much dust that rug attracts. That would drive me nuts too. It is pretty though. It’s nice to that you show the dirt, spills and random toys, because it just shows you have a very lived in home. Some people never show that side to their homes. You have a very lovely home and it shows you take good care of it.

Oh gosh, I know.. I think it's coming from the rug itself.. It came smelling like earth and slightly damp, and as it has dried up it just never stops producing dust.. I may have to remove it soon, because its more high maintenance than I prefer. Thanks for watching!

Exactly Krissy! I can't watch those videos where they clean the bathroom that is already clean, I doesn't make any sense to me. I love Rachel's videos (like this one) because she shows the truth, a house (where a whole family live) gets dirty, it's natural, not a big deal...you clean when you can and try not to stress when it gets dirty thinking about your priorities ❤️

Funny story, we had lost our remote control months ago. Thought maybe one of my kids threw it out. This week i was cleaning out my freezer and what do ya know, i found the remote all the way at the bottom of the freezer 😂😂 you find things in the most random places.

I just admire you si much. I’m a mum and a wife and I wouldn’t know how to do half the things you do. Thinking about windows, organizing, having decor boxes for every season etc. Unbelievable... I’m already proud when I grocery shop and clean and feel like the master of the universe 😂😂

As a teenager I never loved cleaning and all that kind of stuff, but now, when I'm adult, I find cleaning our home so therapeutic. I don't have to think about anything, I will use up some of the negative energy I have and I feel 100% better after that :) And thank you, Rachel, for the "reality" element in the video :) All the spills, all the dust, all the dirt.. It's refreshing to see a "humanity" on YouTuBe these days, since it's always full of shine and sparkle :)

Love it! Trick I learned awhile back for those darn dusty rugs turn it upside down and vacuum then turn back vacuum then repeat one more time and you got all that accumulated dirt that will keep falling under the rug drastically cutting back on the dirt you’ll find later (do maybe twice or 3 times a year)

I used to LOATHE cleaning, Im a SAHM and I would clean and blink and it was a mess again. But I realized that I had taught my kids inadvertently to not clean up after themselves. Since watch these videos I've gotten my kids I to helping me clean. A struggle at first lol, but now it's like breathing. We clean when we wake up and it stays clean all day. And before bedtime we walk through the house and pick up anything forgotten. THANK GOD for these videos lol. I'm happier with a clean house, my husband is happier to come home lol, and my kids are more well behaved since having set chores. 😍😍😍😍

However the fireplace clean made me chuckle, I'm an upstate/farm town NY gal who heats her house mainly on a woodstove and I know my husband would look at me like I was nuts if I scrubbed our woodstove hahaha

Luckily I can "kill two birds with one stone" when I film these types of videos, because KZbin and creating content from home is one of my jobs. So, I'm actually doing this during my scheduled "work" hours.. In terms of creating content, I enjoy making cleaning videos because a) I get something done that needs to be done and b) it's also my job to create content. People seem to watch these videos and enjoy them, and they do well on my channel.. soo... I enjoy creating these regularly, and it also helps me establish my own routine.. I've always enjoyed cleaning though (even when I worked a more traditional job), however I would normally spread these tasks out over the course of several days/weeks and not do it all in one day..That's what I do if I'm doing chores on a day or timeframe outside of days when I'm making a video about it.. lol loooong answer haha
