Scatter is worse since people can tell where you are. With flash you are invisible unless you use aegis gem (which is really good on both)

Astra is pretty good tho imo falling star is really only if you're gonna use ceros like Volcan Cero. Otherwise a decent choice for having two different uptilt combo extenders.

Astra is an agent who depends on a good team. If a team gives comms, she is certainly strong. that's why she shines in immortal and radiant lobbies. Because ppl there actaully comms unlike low elo lobbies. Her smokes and kits are overall good as we- wait, wrong Astra
