While mine is still wrapped in it's original packaging you are almost done. Incredible :)

Matt... no! I just glued the main structure. Only halves are glued so I can disassemble them to integrate wires for motorization and lights. I wanted just see the dimensions of the crane on my layout and I will test the motorization with this crane weight. All the details come later... 🙂

Thank you David. I must clean my intermodal yard a little bit, to put the parked stuff away to look it nicer. I wanted to build the main structure of the crane to see dimensions and I need also test it's weight for my own motorization... Stay tuned... 😉

Congratulations on your train room !!!! FANTASTIC !!! Question about the container terminal crane, will you build it as per Faller's instructions or will you make changes? How to eliminate the battery and use binary current? Install decoders, lights, electromagnets to lift containers, etc.? I also bought one and I'm figuring out how to do it. THANK YOU SO MUCH from Italy !!

I would like that porta crane you built is that a kit sr beautiful port how much would it be to build another porta crane is so would you sell it be interested to buy one and i know alot of guys would buy one of those crane also i would buy 3 of them you should consider make a business out of it its a great demand for it thank sr keep up the great work

Of course it will be painted. I like Maersk blue so maybe I will make Maersk terminal with Maersk ship etc... 😊

Hello from www.g-schmidt.com But the seller is a quite unreliable and communication difficult. An older man. The ship is in 1:100 scale and cost me about 500€. The ship model name is Quinghe or so.
