Every time I hear this mashup, I think of the story that this could tell. A girl who feels she will never find love, yet yearns for it so badly. But, it’s gotten to a point she expects it will never happen. She just feels she’s falling behind everyone else when it comes to love. But, at the same time, her friend is so in love with her, yet he just doesn’t know how to tell her. He’s silently pining for her as she feels that no one loves her. And he can’t tell if her acts of kindness are romantic or platonic. Sometimes he even feels that she (unintentionally) is leading him on. He thought she wanted to dance, but it really doesn’t seem that way. It’s very painful for him. (Yes I know adding the song names is cheesy and cringe but whatever it’s my comment)
