Ok, after watching the entire thing since I couldn't download it, I say he's singing to himself about the mistake he had made. He was falling down and it led him to do what he did. He saw himself as the good guy, but little did he know he turned himself into the enemy. It's a good thing he's starting to see that now

Before I say a thing, I don't condone murder. But God, this guys story is tragic. A misunderstanding leads him to kill a bystander only wanting to protect his bros gf, which basically solidified that he will never return to heaven and has to live with this mistake forever. And then finally realising his mistake and how he was the one in the wrong, by the person he killed no less... It just brings a tears to my eye. I'm glad that he got some sort of redemption in week 3 too. I really like him there. ❤ This mod has such an amazing story.

*Journal of an unknown Investigation* By Investigator Ryan Orleans I have been in the Police force of this city since 2009, in all my years I never thought about a case that I would never let to be solved. 23. I was among a few of detectives involved in the case of an individual known to us as Big Bro. My analysis was based around the possibility to be victim of a group of criminal organization. However, since there aren't so many reports of any organized crime in the area this ultimately rejected. After going to the crime scene on the apartments, it was found an black feather near the puddle of blood. The DNA analysis made around the evidence found was pointless, since the feather was not from any bird. No Human DNA was found in the feather either. 24. The case was slowing progressing as no further information nor witnesses were around that day. I thought at first glance that the case was going nowhere and it shall be left unsolved. Yet, my associates were not going to left the case to fall in the dark and been forgotten by everyone in the police department. I was trying to convince them all that this case was pointless, but I didn't work. 25. The choice of leaving the team was roaming around my head, as I didn't know if I should left the investigation or keeping going. Eventually all those thoughts became clear after I encountered the suspect. As a was going back to my home, I hear sobbing from the buildings near the crime scene, upon reaching the floor I found out who was the suspect. An young teen with gray platinum hair, a brown coat, his eyes were invisible since they were covered by hair. But from all the things that makes this individual odd was what it was on his head. He had a dark colored halo on his head and a left bird-like wing on its back. 26. The whole individual looked some sort of Angel. In those moments I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He looked down like if he committed something wrong. I stood there where he could not see me I took some photos of him. In the photos there was a Glock pistol on the ground, i realize in that moment, that in fact this individual was the suspect were looking for. But before I could call the others, he spoke to me in a deep voice "I know you're trying to do your duty, mine is pointless. Don't you think?" 27. I just stood there in silence, slowly I put down my phone and instantly I left the scene. The next day my team asked if I had anything to support the case, I did not said anything about what I did last night. All being refused to gave the information I had about the Angel. Eventually the cases was left unsolved due to lack of information. 28. As the month ended, I eventually left the Investigation to be forgotten. I held the information regarding the what I can now call *The Lost Angel.* I never told anyone on the police station about this, nor to my friends outside work, neither to the Sargent or the captain. 29. Every day, I find myself thinking about the night I countered the Angel. I tried to forget about him and claimed that the case was a missing persons one. Perhaps, I never had the chance or the strength to spoke about him. Perhaps, we as humans have been believing in divinity that we were not having the fact these stories are actually true. 30. Maybe we would never know, but now all I know is that he's still there.
