I have listened to the 4 books of this series that have been posted so far and really enjoyed all of them. I hope you will post Cammy's story soon. From the description on Goodreads it sounds good as well. You have a quarterback story (Trent and Reese) the first in the series. A tight end (Jackson and Alexa) #2. A cornerback, (Lucas and Harley) #3. This one is a double, wide receiver/kicker and includes a female player (Colin and Charlie) #4. Number 5, according to Goodreads is Cammy, Lucas's sister and involves her falling for a player on the Rockets team. Also, you have used a number of plots, enemies to lovers (Reese and Trent) friends to lovers (both, Jackson and Alexa, and this one with different dramatic elements in each). Strangers to lovers with Lucas and Harley which introduces Cammy and based on the description, harkens back to the enemies to lovers theme. Now we need a story for both Max (or Mack) who is introduced here as a running back, and Hank who is also introduced here as a linebacker. Also one for one of the linemen either defensive or offensive lineman (ala Jason and Kylie Kelce). Also need to find a husband for Sophie and maybe a wife for Francis DiNardo and one or both might also be woven into one of the other stories if that hasn't happened in Cammy's story. Since this series deals with a (fictional) pro football team, there is an endless list of possible underlying issues, that can be woven into the overall plots. You might consider a player falling in love with a country music singer (ala Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift although Swift is not a country singer). Traded players, women fleeing abusive relationships, women fleeing mobster relationships (possibly a witness protection theme). And a stranded motorist. Also a former lover from high school/college perhaps who is a single mother either the player's child or a subsequent lover's child. Also one of the players on the team may be a single father possibly a mother who has abandoned the player or a high school girlfriend who has abandoned the child with the player, or a deceased mother who died from a car accident or cancer and the player didn't know about him or her. Another scenario could be that either Sophie or one of the players has a sibling who dies or goes goes to prison and the player or Sophie is the only person who can take the child/children in order to keep them out of the foster system. You might also think about mentioning more of the teams in the league. So far you have mentioned the Virginia Thunder (possible allusion to the Carolina Panthers?) The D.C. Rockets (allusion to the Washington Commanders?) A team in Portland (possibly alluding to the Seattle Seahawks?) An Arizona team (alluding to the Arizona Cardinals?) And the Austin Stars (alluding to my guess is the Dallas Cowboys?) Please respond to tell me what you think of my ideas on future projects for this series.
