The girl is a spoon ( hence the silver outfit) the the black goo represents black tar heroine that Ronnie was addicted to many years ago ; he’s been clean for many years. The trilogy is about him going through addiction and becoming sober . He covered his tattoos ( I heard) because many he didn’t like them anymore and others didn’t represent him in the present.

The song was written by vocalist Ronnie Radke, Cody Stewart and Tyler Smyth, and composed by Falling in Reverse. The song marks the return of the rap rock sound to the band, whose sound they had left in 2014 due to poor reviews for their second studio album Fashionably Late released in 2013. Radke spoke about the song in a statement: “I pretty much do whatever I want when it comes to music and nothing is off limits to me, I spent my whole musical career trying to be different and make songs that people think shouldn’t go together… go together. Dying Is Your Latest Fashion was my first record and that’s a prime example - a bunch of different genres on one album. Nothing has changed since then. When people say, ‘You aren’t allowed to play that kind of music, you are this kind of music,’ it makes me want to do it even more.”[4] In this song Ronnie shows us a letter about how he was able to overcome his past problems such as his mother's abandonment, the bullying he suffered and did in his childhood and his drug problems including his problems. Ronnie uses some code words like saying he's a NASDAQ, The lyrics explain how Ronnie can be a rock star and a rapper at the same time and that no critic or his own fans could stop him from making the music he wants.

Could do a music lyrics video, the girl is the spoon of tar heroin and that’s him consuming it! He’s been clean for years but it a metaphor! He doesn’t like alot of them, some of his tattoos he thinks are terrible from back in the day and they don’t represent him now! This trilogy is about his struggles with his addiction and getting better!Appreciate you wanting to get into the lyrics and break them down, if you have the lyrics on the side or on the screen you could get into them that would be awesome! Of course, us fan’s have heard them hundreds of times! I hope after you get done with some of these reactions you can come watch my concert footage of Ronnie and Falling In Reverse, they were phenomenal, first time seeing them! I know your doing the NF journey and I just got back from NF’s opening night on his Hope Tour, epic night! I hope fan’s get out to a Falling In Reverse show and get to a NF show this year! If you can get a second screen going, your phone or whatever, all of these videos have the lyrics in the description. Closed captions usually suck, unless the lyrics are preloaded (like in Watch The World Burn).

Seeing how no one answered your question about his tattoo's. The reason he covered them all up to fully black out, is because people were copying his tattoo's and he didnt like that at all. So he jumped the gun and got blackout tattoo's instead. Great reaction as per usual!

This is the bad Ronnie "not ready to change" still wanna do bad stuff, bleached hair Ronnie wants to get his life together but has to fight black hair Ronnie, sometimes he wins sometimes he loses "I just kill myself sometimes" Losing my life....... he fights him again in Drugs with a Chainsaw.. hope that makes sense.
