Ronnie doesn't scream a lot compared to other metal band vocalists but man when he does it. He's an absolute beast. It's so aggressive and heavy. You can feel the power behind those growls. INSANE. He's a true genius.

It's all about balance in my opinion. Growling, screamin and singing all feed each other. The more you sing, the more screaming is effective. The more you scream, the more growling is effective. The more you growl, the more singing is effective. But that's just my opinion.

I saw FIR with Papa Roach and Hollywood Undead last year on my birthday in Park City, Kansas 2/16 - Rockzilla pt2. One of the BEST concerts I've been to and Ronnie is so clear when he sings and raps it's insane. My hearing was totally blown by the time FIR came on so everyone sounded like chipmunks, LOL. I so desperately wanna see them again! The only band I think that puts on a better show live is GWAR, and I had the honor of seeing them this year (wear a poncho!). But if I had to pick between the two.. Definitely seeing FIR. Admittedly I liked them a bit but was mostly going to see Papa and Hollywood, left with a new respect for FIR and been a big fan since, I knew who Ronnie was cause I liked Escape the Fate back in the day when he was lead vocal, lol.
