definitely the point and the repetition on structure, sound and messages is intended too. this a piece of musical puzzle Ronnie’s laying out to push the ultimate message of being your best self and self love in the face of doubt. it goes deeper but that is for each person to discover because the message can be open ended when repeated in different variations.

The voices in his head - for those of us who suffer from depression it is all the ways we may think of killing ourselves. For those who are not so understanding of depression and all that internally goes on I guess it might be confusing. I totally relate to this song. He takes stuff from his own life and turns them into great music - you know he was in prison for over two years and suffers from PTSD? He has been through a lot of stuff. He is such a talented guy who fought through a lot to do what he does - great music.

I’ve played a lot of music that was four chords and verse 1, chorus, verse 2, chorus, bridge, chorus. It’s one of the reasons I’m into metal because most metal challenges that structure. FIR sticks to basics, but they do it right and it blows me away. If they didn’t have those cool tricks in their music, it’d probably be too poppy.

Just a cool concept in general as he demonstrated how versatile his music has been throughout the years.
