This channel is all about living in the Eastern Panhandle. Paul and I moved here about 20 years ago from the DC area. We love it. We live in Berkeley County which is pretty much smack dab in the center of the Eastern Panhandle. It's a slower pace and lots less expensive. We just sold a home in there on Tributary trail. Beautiful house- sold quickly. Yes that’s a great area. Very nice community park on the river

Falling Waters is a bad name as idiots confuse it with the Frank Lloyd Wright house near Confluence, PA.
