The op probably meant that Joe was the first you tuber to make it a challenge and post a video of it. After he posted that first video, it became an extremely popular KZbin challenge. Joe himself said he got the idea off of celebrity juice but he was the one who popularized it on the Internet/KZbin and jimmy did say they saw 'a bunch of people doing it on KZbin' therefore I do think joe deserves some credit.
