How are the effects of her weight on her body any of your business? Her weight is just an easy target for you and your kind to use to pick on her to make yourself feel good. And if that works for you, go ahead, by all means, knock yourself out but stop pretending you actually care about her. You don't know her well enough to truly care about her or her body.
