So Bethesda does not have a IP Lore manager for Fallout, or indeed any of their lines. That does not surprise me, but is annoying. Both larger and smaller franchises has those and it makes the franchises better and eases new releases. Sometimes it is the original creator, but most often it is a hired person, with both passion and interest for the franchise.
