My favorite dlc for scenery and graphics was point lookout The Pitt was good for the story and graphics Mother ship zeta wasn't good but had powerful weapons Broken steel was literally just an add-on to finish the story but has a lot of actual new content Operation Anchorage was the worst dlc but with incrediblly OP power armor

When playing the pitt one day I fell through a wall and left the map they built, it was pretty cool even though the game was broken, I ended up saving a file there just to later walk out over the background mountains where the land is just flat and endless possibly lol (on ps3)
