I think if you wait until level 20 or 30 before entering the building, you’ll get x-01 armor instead Edit: didn’t watch full video. That was a strange visual glitch

You can also find some power armor in the glowing sea ,I can’t remember exactly but I think it’s close to Virgil’s cave

@ I think the building is called “abandoned shack” and there is bunker like space beneath it, you should find a xo1 at the very bottom near a power armor station (synths are there too)
