It's a thing of beauty, my friend 🥲 You did a really great job blending weathered and like-new assets to give a convincing ramshackle look to the settlement. I think the challenge of using only vanilla (+DLC) assets adds to the creativity of the builds. It can be overwhelming to have so many hundreds of options within your build menu with mods. Using limited assets to great effect is an art. You do it really well, I think.
