my left arm for the armor is on my inventory and i vant put it back on the power armor inless its repaired but i cant find out how to repair it. am i blind or dumb or is someone having the same problem?

+Andy Carson I am having the same problem. I unequiped a damaged power armor part and now I cannot put it back into the armor to be repaired. It says I cannot equiped damaged parts. It's very dumb.

How do u repair a peace of armour that has 0 health, because you can't equip items with 0 health on to the suit to repair it?

u have to repair it in the station he shows in this vid, then get into the armor suit and equip it.

There is one in sanctuary.... But when legs come missing you can't get them back onto the suit without repair. How do you repair parts that have left the suit and are completely damaged?

I was being a fool. I had the power armour sitting in front of the crafting utility and was constantly clicking the power armour Park the armour away from the utility frame then click the actual frame not the armour. You should get the repair option then.

WRONG the power armour station that you show is only the one from the trailer but its the second that you find because the first one is at sanctuary hills (right beside your house)

It didn't happen during my early levels but here's what my game is doing now when repairing Power Armor. For some odd reason, my game keeps telling me that I don't have the materials to repair my power armor parts when I take it them to get fixed, despite having the materials in my inventory already. It didn't do this the other day, but started saying it when I was on the Prydwen when I was fixing up my Power Armor limbs. Still have the materials to fix the now broken leg armor but it won't let me fix it, nor will it let me upgrade my helmet's headlamp despite having the parts to do so.

Found a solution. Apparently for me, I had plastic and steel. Both of the items that had plastic and steel were in My Junk. For the aluminum, however, I realized the item containing aluminum was under My Misc. For some reason, the game won't scrap from each category, only from junk. Make sure all of the items you have to repair (Aluminum, Steel, and Plastic) are all under the my junk, not misc.

This tutorial sucks man. Like, I figured it out from this video but he didnt say what to press or anything, he just went up to the station and started flying through menu's with zero explanation. Could have even stayed the same length and have been done SO much better and more clearly
