mike…another great play through…good job. A couple of FYI’s…at the library coming from the side entrance, you entered the room and there was a book return station on the left. Not sure if you got it. You will need to have 45 book tokens, each overdue book is worth 5 tokens, but with the 45 tokens, you can buy one of the collectable Massachusetts Surgical magazines for 45 tokens. Also, there are doors on the right side of each stairway in the institute you can open for more goodies, clean microscopes and ammo. I think you only did one of the four. Anyway, keep up the good work…very entertaining!

That, Mike, is correct and Trudy has the best legendary sword in the game. Few know you can get it early in the game for free by trading the 3 gold bars you find in the cellar at Sanctuary Hills. It’s an amazing sword and you can target up to six or so ghouls at once with one VATS shot and dispatch them with the hit, sometimes downing a couple of them with one of the hits if they are close together. It’s a blast. Keep up the great work…can’t wait to see your next settlement build. I like the way you started with Sanctuary, moved to Red Rocket and now to Hangman’s Ally as your preferred base. Good strategy! If you ever need anything, let me know. I have over 10,000 hours on this game, its one of my two favorites and I even have an old play through where I have over Ten million caps lol. Waiting patiently for your next video, very entertaining!

Hi and thanks again FYI: You can buff the damage resistance of your hazmat suit, (and the vault suit) from 0 to 110 with the ballistic weave X6-88 is a potential companion with a perk to give Madison Li can be the subject of a mission given by the Brotherhood on the Prydwyn You can successfully read owned terminals if you are in sneak mode and 'hidden' Desperate for caps to buy things! then exchange some of your unused ammo Folders are weightless and worth a cap each. After awhile you might have collected hundreds of them for barter You left behind a pile of junk items in the rooms where you met Liam The SPECIALs can only be elevated to 10 in the perk UI but raised to 11 if you pick up the corresponding SPECIAL bobbleheads afterwards. You are yet to collect the Agility, Charisma and Luck bobbleheads so still have that opportunity for them.

Intelligence can actually be raised to 12, and is the only stat which can be permanently raised to more than 11. All you need is a base Intelligence of 10, a beer, the SPECIAL book and later, the Intelligence bobblehead (in that order).

Yes....good on you for reading terminals...The mayor of Diamond city was replaced by the institute. He is Hancock's brother who kicked out all the ghouls which Hancock did to himself. Perhaps you would find that out but it's interesting when Handcock finds out his brother was replaced with a synth.

- Is Shaun hiding something regarding his health? If you side with the Institute, you'll find out. - The fourth rank of Strong Back allows you to fast-travel when over encumbered. - 46:08 - You're Director Holdren's Dad as well? Is there something we don't know? - One of the unfortunate downsides of Fallout 4 is there is no opportunity to confront Shaun regarding the FEV Lab. Experimenting with FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus) is seriously messed up. It is what was used to create super mutants, and the Institute is quite possibly the source of many of the super mutants found in the Commonwealth. - Can Gen-3 synths have children? They are biologically identical to humans. One would assume they possess all the necessary 'parts' required for procreation. - You do have a lot of ammo you don't use. You can always use that as currency, and do you really need all those Stimpaks and robot repair kits? - 1:41:03 - This is one thing I have always hated about Bethesda's games. If you access something you're 'not supposed to,' or 'steal' something (despite the fact you can loot everybody's personal possessions right in front of them) they respond with lethal force. It reminds me of when I was playing Starfield. I was in a store in New Atlantis and I accidentally stole a cup while attempting to talk to the merchant. Everybody turned hostile, including the Bounty Hunter, who was hanging out at the nearby bar. - Before you enter the Boston Public Library, there is an intercom on the wall. Speaking to the intercom will allow you to lie your way into the library via an easy speech check (it's actually impossible to fail this check). Then the Protectrons and turrets will be permanently allied to you. Also, please take at least three ranks of the Sneak perk, so you will no longer set off floor-based traps and mines. - Why are you still wearing the Vault suit? You have access to Ballistic Weave. Get some Military Fatigues or something similar, and put Ballistic Weave on them, and wear that instead.

@erwinzyx thanks for all the tips! Interesting about Shaun, it's a shame I won't find out this playthrough but I'll definitely be doing one where I side with them to see! Yeah that FEV lab was so sad, especially the individual holding pens that it looked like the super mutant subjects were held in Ha I've accidently 'stolen' items multiple times in Skyrim, it's so frustrating when it's the most unimportant item as well. Oh I picked up this tomato and now you all want to kill me? Great.

PS… synth relay grenades … while you’re still friends with the institutes, throwing these grenades brings you some synths to help fight your enemies (or distract them while you leave lol)

@62zuzuspetals yeah I love getting into the details, helps me to understand the world that I'm playing and hopefully will mean I won't miss something later down the line, as I've noticed Bethesda likes to create parts of stories that aren't necessarily linked, you have to piece them together. You're doing great! We've just completed episode 30 now so not too far away. I've unfortunately passed that point with the grenades 😫 so they are worthless to me now

Yep, that lab is where Virgil's formula to reverse his mutant self....I don't get why this couldn't be done for the whole commonwealth of all the mutants who use to be humans before and this would be a cool mod if they'd do that. I didn't know about that Awesome Tales magazine either...that is something I'll be looking for now.

All filled paint cans contain oil, but they're heavy, so most people will ignore them in favour of something lighter, such as used oil cans.
