I mean... It's... Drugs DO help everything in real life. But just like in Fallout, you very easily get addicted to them. and unless you take more, you suffer severe withdrawal effects. Cocaine does wonders to increase energy levels. but it's also highly addictive. and well. Government can't have a bunch of coke addicted citizens now can it.

10 ST at start. Temporarily lower it to 8 with Day tripper and use SPECIAL book to up ST to 11. Go to mass fusion and grab ST bobble head. Now you have a natural ST of 12. Increase it further by wearing army fatigues and as many "Fortifying" armor pieces as you can get. Get perks big leagues, rooted, solar powered, party boy (alcohol gives more ST with perk), blitz (this ones really useful), and bloody mess. Use weapons Pickman's blade early on, but end up with a rocket bat (hopefully with "Instigating") and the disciples blade (with "Instigating" or "Wounding"). Never wear power armor as it caps ST at 10. Have fun one shoting Mirelurk Queens and anything else in your way.

That prevents you from putting on armor pieces, so while it gives you 1 more ST than army fatigues it deprives you of the 5 ST you can get from a full Fortifying set.

Chris O I totally agree. Rarely you find something good. However, some items can be acquired reliably. There are two legendary pieces of armor with +1 STR that you can purchase. This means you'll reach 15 STR at a minimum.

1. Get the Nuclear Physicist perk 2. Don't wear any armor (fun fact: Power Armor defense rating doesn't count anything but the Power Armor itself and some perks. Any armor worn under is dead weight) 3. Use a Sledgehammer/Super Sledge and play in 3rd person view (fun fact#2: when in 3rd person view, Power Armor wears wield 2-handed melee weapons in 1 hand AND swing them much faster. Does not happen in 1st person view) 4. Play the game. Alternative build: 1. Get Nuclear Physicist perk 2. Level up enough to get Gun Nut level 2 and dump perk points into Basher 3. Mod the concord minigun to have the Shredder Bayonet. 4. Drop all your 5m ammo and proceed to ultra DPS stunlock everything to death (Fun fact #3: the shredder operates by being a chainsaw when a minigun has no ammo, and this normally requires AP to perform. However, in power armor the AP cost is removed, so you can run around with a giant blender blade)

Honestly, I saw this video less worked than others, but that does not mean it's very good :) I would like to say that you could have named the "atom's judgement" from Far Harbor (which is considered the best meele weapon in the game) grognak clothes, and perks like blitz and rooted.. And for the later game, if you're willing to go the distance, the Pack has the rocket bat if you complete the raider storyline with them not defecting. It's probably the best medium weapon that I know of.

Blitz is great. It's practically a "short range" teleport. I've even got it to skip up entire floors, and even go through walls, as long as you can see the enemy.

Matt Green It requires some lucky legendary drops for maximum efficiency. Also, as a machete, it doesn't scale as well as some of the other melee weapons.
