Hey there, this is one I watched on my TV app so didn't comment then, rewatching it now so I can. Dispite the state of my current builds as evidence to the contrary, I do like the clean look, and you cultivate it so well at your settlements. I like that Holiday Hotel, cool thematic, built to resemble a tree? That whole back area along the water, the deck and campfire, sweet little relax area. And everything up the stream, the swans, very nice. Do you have a settlements expanded mod? Really like what you did with the player house. Great remodel. Nice recording room, and the laundry room, sweet. Cool you gave Shaun his own room, and an upper deck area to play. The power armor in the back of the pick-r-up truck is cool to. And replacing the busted up houses, nice work that. Like that laser grid detection thing you've got going, haven't seen that before. Pretty trippy. Nice pools too, they're fun aren't they? lol. Cudo's for the bar, slocum joe's setup with it's underside area, the little fire out on the river, good stuff! Sweet digs for Mama Murphy as well, cool idea for her. So yep, I like the whole thing! A great wrap up for your build journey, one I hope will continue. See you soon on another build...,

Thanks for watching this, Sanctuary was my longest video (and I didn't even go into every house). Without double checking...I believe the Mod is Clean and Simple Sanctuary and I extended the build area near the creek by using place anywhere (by placing each piece within the borders then placing it again in a red zone). I just realized how to turn off Global collision so, now I'm really having fun! You will just have to wait! I put Shaun in a separate space because of Phyllis Daily's storyline at Egret Tours. I figured, safer in an adjacent building! LOL. I never had kids, so as long as he has a bed and some toys I hope he's happy enough! I'm glad you liked the holiday hotel and the laser detectors. I may have to share my mods list in the New Year! I'll try to keep it up for as long as I can. It's starting to feel like my music career though ~ unsustainable! We'll see, I can only try my best! It's really hard when 99% of the world seems to be listening to Sailor Twift! LOL

You may be referring to the Mod - Clean and Simple Sanctuary? Or, is it the institute glass walls? They are from the Settlement Objects Expansion pack. Or is it my weird "post-institute" build style? I took down the institute hard and now we're sharing their tech throughout the Commonwealth! I hope you like it! Thanks for watching! ❤

Yes...the more I build the more the game crashes. I have extended the workshop build limit X2 but still, my poor little XBOX is limping through some of my settlements!

Thanks, I think I scrapped every dead tree! I'm going with fake green until nature grows back...it's gonna be a long wait! The mod, Clean and Simple Sanctuary did most of the road textures, bridge fix and house repair! Thanks again for watching!

How did you get prewar bridge up ? (1:10) there are also other mods that even turned it into different bridges entirely (either European stonebridge, ones from Boston (ingame) or even girder bridge).

@@DiscothecaImperialis it just cleans the textures, repairs roads and bridge…no building assets.💕
