SSGT I have a backlog of video's for Skyrim SE and Witcher 3, I just haven't gotten round to editing yet. I suggest shadowplay if you have a Nvidia gpu. You can record in a custom quality and it takes hardly any fps.

I am planning to do a huge upgrade to my pc. 60 fps is not really needed, if you let your eyes adjust to 30 fps and have good vsynq its very good also. (AMD's dynamic vsynq or Nvidea's uhmmm adaptive vsynq is what you need). Have you played fallout 4?

TheHurtShoulder Thank you, I made my own pip boy radio station and had this song on the list, it came on whilst I was walking through the cemetery with all the Ghouls, I just thought I have to put this song on one of my video's. I played the vanilla game first until I got bored, then I modded the hell out of it. It's amazing what mods can do to make the game feel fresh again.

the problem with the massive growth of plants here is that the mobs are not programmed to get their vision obscured by the bushes, only the main stem of the tree blocks their vision. so when using this mod you very often gets mowed down by enemy who can see you clearly through impossible tall grass/tree bushes while you are still trying to figure out where are they. also finding the deadbody to loot is also a big pain.

There is a Xbox version but some textures had to be tone down and it's not as photo realistic. The mod is called Regrowth Overhaul by spiffskytrooper it's a massive download of 445.02 and it will take a good bit to download

One glaring issue with this mod, and it's probably with other mods too, is that there is so little movement by grasses/flowers when someone walks through it. The water is even worse, there should be ripples/waves when something crosses through it.

In fact, the first time I got into Fallout 4 years ago I would literally have the Fallout 4 songs playing over and over and over in my head as I was trying to sleep. Maybe, but it is realistic. Look at Chernobyl in real life. A nuclear disaster happened there, but there's still lots of flora there. And Fallout 4 takes place 200 YEARS after its nuclear disaster, so by now, the Commonwealth would be filled with plants (and even if the bombs happen to be more destructive, plants can just adapt to the radiation).

People think that after a nuke hits, even after 200 years, the environment is going to be a fucking desert. Look at chernobyl, it has a lot of vegation growing back, mushrooms, trees and the like.

Wasteland is subjective. It doesn't have to be dying to be a wasteland, it just has to be extremely hostile. Wasteland Definition: an unused area of land that has become barren or overgrown.

dude that was a nuclear reactor meltdown not even a bomb in fallout universe the whole world was bombed with nukes according to canon ,such disaster caused a global warming and strange storms making earth sick ofc it's not all proven by science and not everything is true about fallout like ghouls and such. the vanilla flora on the other hand is perfect what wasn't good for me is the textures and colors of the game ,the containers and vaults and lockers should be more rusted the cielings should look like they are about to collapse etc and the major let down is the light RPG mechanics, and bad story and side quests

Dennis Lopez It's the Rebel outfit from the Mercenary Pack mod. It has a retexture though. if you want the same texture just type rebel outfit 4k retexture into Google and find the Grey camo one.

Drakopiou The mods in the description are actually the only visual ones I used for this video. Resurrection takes care of alot of the textures. I only altered a few things in the ini's that affect grass.

OliverTittyTwist Hey, when I had the 980 ti sli I would play at 1440p because that's what my monitor could go to. I capped my fps at 60 and it was pretty solid. Right now I have two pascal Titan x's, playing in 4k without resurrection I'm maintaining 60fps 90% of the time with a load of 4k textures.

Jachob Thomas Some of the mods used are in the description. The ones not listed are Tookies textures, vivid fallout landscapes, vivid fallout Rocks, vivid fallout tree's and FAR. I always leave the ENB until last.

Resurrection isn't an enb, it's a forest overhaul. The mod got taken down but you can still find links to it if you search. I would leave the PRC enb until last.

OR was it such bad FPS because you had like, 4K and MSAA all the way up enabled or something? God I hope that's why. Having played with this mod years ago, but now for the love of god, I can't get rid off the bird fx loop, it's really distracting and off putting after10 minutes of play.
