Came looking for tips on spawn points. For whatever reason the cannons just do not want to spawn on vendors for me. Over lvl 50 and refreshed the vendors about 100 times hopping between Diamond city and Gd neighbour. Help 🤣

Um, if you shoot someone with a 20mm, they're red mist. The Gunners shouldn't be standing after getting shot once, at all.

There’s nothing in those mods that I could see causing issues. Try out Seasons of the commonwealth, it gives the Commonwealth a bit of colour without performance issues
