I have a full set of Troubleshooter's X-O1 that took me some time to achieve. Now I can play silos so easy and never die. Plus I can add Adelaide buff and become immortal in test your metal, sheepsquatch event and future main boss event from the incoming dlc. Damage reduction is key in the game! PS: pair it with a vampire auto axe 😉

That excavator PA looks like it has a jetpack which makes it far more appealing. I run Union and rolled WWR on each part. The other stars didn't bother me too much because like you say the damage mitigation is good. I so have two mutants pieces so Eviction Notice is a lot easier. My choice was also because of the Union jetpack because i don't have an Excavator jetpack piece.

This is kind of what I was assuming the tier list was but its good to have someone say it for all the new players like me lol. I just finished my first cheap set, I went for 1 of each of the wt perks and 1 rad recovery perk. I never knew you could stack the wt perks, for some reason I figured you couldn't so I opted for 1 of each but maybe I swap to weapon wt perks. I like having 1 rad recovery perk as a full health build on my general use set just so I never need to use rad away and it seems to leave mutations alone. I just started looking at over eaters but I was thinking about waiting because if I do it on hellcat or a non tradeable armor set then I got to roll ever piece myself.. That is prob why you went with ultracite so you could also get them off vendors but I just want a cool hellcat set. They really need to let you reroll some perks but not all them. Like if you get a 2 or 3 star you like you can keep them and reroll the 1 star. Without that this is totally rng lol and I don't know how much time Ill spend rolling dice when there is many other games to play. Maybe it would let people finish the game to early but I kind feel like I did in new world where I just grind whats ez and then dip out. Where in destiny they let you craft weapons but make it take super long to get what you want. I get dice rolling keeps some players engaged long term but I much prefer a long grind I can control the outcome of.

I have a full set of Union Overeater , plus1 intelligence, weapon weights and I rolled it all in 2 weeks. Union is by far best PA in game

It is zealots. Try a hunter and zealots weapon one works one doesn't
