Howdy Bandits and welcome back to Fallout 76! During season 17 we are going to be following the long and dusty trail of Bloody Thom, a character that primarily uses equipment that would be prevalent during the early American wars / golden era of piracy. He uses and wears nothing that is advanced or powered in any way. Thom's family was originally from the Shenandoah Valley and migrated with the Free States to Berkeley Springs before the bombs fell. As he got older and became a decent tracker, scout, and marksman for the Free States, he offered to join the Fire Breathers. As a Fire Breather, he was tasked with spotting the movements of any enemy forces that could threaten his home territory, the Scorched being their primary enemy. However, all was not well when the remnants of the Gourmands stole away his wife and only daughter.
What arose from the pain and suffering he felt, to get vengeance he needed to become a different kind of person. Thus he was reborn with a secret identity known as Bloody Thom, the Black Powder Bandit. Raiders beware!
