I have a q/50crit/25vats and it works great for crippling. Mirelurk queen can be completely disabled in a few seconds. SBQ too.

I have 2 quad pepper shakers 1 waa crafted and the other one dropped from the pitt If you're hunting for just the quad sometimes its better to just roll 1stars

look, if you're on PC i'd trade you my QFFR15r pepper shaker for it! it's really a novelty weapon like the alien disintegrator but it cripples very well! double dips into the shotgunner and heavy weapons perk too

Damage is overrated in most cases if your killing anything that isn't a boss with ease your doing fine.

Honestly not long I am currently using 6 chars getting max scrip per day I'm constantly crafting/rusty pick.

The RNG of rolling legends suuuuuuucks so bad.. Ive blown almost a 1000 mods trying to get a vampire Auto Axe.. Ive seen the mutant/ghoul mod so many times now.
