I think you mistakenly said that regs will sell the Brotherhood recon armor for bullion but he in fact does not. The only way to get the Brotherhood Rehan armor is to get the plans from Daily Ops or from Minerva when she has them.

I always RP as an Outcast in FO3 too xD You can actually go to the Outcast's Fort and speak to Protector Casdin, he will give you a "tech delivery" repeatable quest. Deliver enough tech to them until Casdin says you are cool (it can be energy weapons, any power armor, even alien tech or enclave tech) you won't join their official ranks, but the Outcasts will treat you as an ally and will no longer respond to you rudely as a mere local.

I've also noticed that sometimes you can find a BOS scribe hat in one of the tents at the new BOS outpost located near Vault 76 (The one that is a location you deliver a care package to during one of the radiant quests from the Responder outpost located at the Lumber yard near the path between Vault 76 and the Wayward)

the BOS t-60 paints are some of the coolest skins i’ve seen. when i was lower level i was lucky enough to encounter someone that painted my power armor with the elder paint. i personally like the more rugged and dirty look of the paladin skin but im not complaining with what i got lol. too bad i had to replace my t-60 with the t-65 set. but it definitely earned a spot in my power armor display alongside the outcast t-45

If I remember correctly, the "reclaimed" PA skin is most similar to the one we saw in the TV show. As a matter of fact, I have exactly that kind of skin. (It used to be available before the Pitt update as part of the digital deluxe package, more precisely when the BOS update was added to the game. It returns from time to time if I remember correctly, you can buy it in the atomic shop when it is available.) However, it is true that it is not available for free. However, the free versions available in the game are also nice. Some look even better. (at least I like the black base, red and white paintwork better.) But when it comes to which one is my favorite. Unfortunately, the truth is that BOS PA skis are not among my favorites. My first favorite is the Enclave skin for the Prototype X-01 armor. Yes, this is also an atomic shop item. The second is Clandestine Service T-65 paint, and the third is none other than all the Guild paint. Actually, there are other PA paintings that I like, but they don't have much to do with BOS either. 🤣🤣🤣

Been a while since i played most other games (only rather recent ones where FO Tactics and FO4 replays) but from my memories they seem pretty xenophobic outside of FO Tactics (where you can recruit deathclaws, ghouls and supermutants to your team) as they see all nonhumans as enemies be it super mutants , sentient ghouls , syths or other sentient beings.

There really is mostly no reason to use anything but Secret Service armor and or Secret Service under armor and unless you’re trying to do stealth in which case recon armor, which can only be gotten by doing daily apps and or from Minerva

I mean, seeing as the video is about Brotherhood Items... the reason would be to have brotherhood items :P Weird to come to a brotherhood video and propagate the use of secret service stuff, my guy. Fallout 76 is mostly an easy game with very little challenge. You can wear whatever you want and still be able to take on any PVE content. Which is why a lot of people like to wear stuff depending on their aesthetic. You should try it sometime, switch things up a little :)

The outfit is the Responder's Firefighter uniform. You get it from events in forest region, but the chances of getting it is very minimal. Like in the decimals. The backpack is a brotherhood backpack from the atomic shop.

Is there any way to obtain the BOS infantry uniform? I'd really like to be able to use it as underarmor for my recon set. There is a BOS Camouflage infantry uniform from one of the fallout 1st catch up bundle things ... but its for atoms.. For a blacked out underarmor look, your best bet is BOS Officer Suit.

yeah, Fort Atlas was added to the game after when NPCs were included. Fort Defiance was the BOS place when there were no npcs around :)

It's actually Regs haha His full name is Reginald Stone so i guess i just mentally always thought of him as Regis instead of Regs. He is in Vault 79. You do need to finish all of the main quest with the vault heist in order to unlock him.

He sells the mods for the armor. Not the armor plans. Those only drop as rares in daily ops. The armor itself has a chance to drop from events, which I discovered last night, though it is either extremely rare or from specific events. Happy hunting.

Ranger armor? like the NCR Ranger armor? Those are Atom Shop only. I'm not sure what helmet you are talking about, in Colossal Problem you can only get either a plan for the Centurion Helmet, or the Reclaimed Deep Mining Gas Mask. But there are plenty of dusters in the game, they just wont have any armor to them.

put away all of your technical data that you got, and then follow the Forbidden Quest waypoint to get the technical data THROUGH the quest, and then hand that in, and then you can just start picking up your technical datas one by one again and it will restart the forbidden knowledge quest every time.

Hey mate, nice video although i've got a bit of an issues with the forbidden knowledge quest: i've finished the BoS questline (and got awarded the hellcat power armor) but the quest won't start in any way even if i have 1, 2 or 7 tech data... i've tried to go to the "drop point" where you sometimes have to drop off the tech data, i've tried to speak to her but still nothing, starting to think the game is messing with me, i'm level ~55, could it be because i'm too low??

Do you have the Forbidden Knowledge quest active? If you have already finished Defiance has Fallen, and have the Forbidden Knowledge quest active, try putting all of your Tech Datas into your stash, so that you have 0 in your inventory, and then go out to get 1 tech data from somewhere else (any desks really) Not sure if the bugged ones are still around, but back in the day, if someone had a bunch of tech datas in their inventory when handing in, it would hand one in and the rest of their tech datas would get bugged and couldnt be handed in, and people would often sell these bugged tech datas in their vendors and people who bought them would not be able to hand those in either... but that was like years ago.

oof... uh.... That's a LOT of camp items haha You can get camp items from practically every activity in the game, from events, quests, taking over workshops, daily ops, expeditions, treasure maps, it's a TON of items. But like... the general stuff, you will get them eventually while you play the game (if you do a bunch of treasure maps you can get most of the general ones.) but the themed ones will be tied to quests/events/daily ops/expeditions. oh and a bunch of them will be from vendors too... so... always keep an eye on the station vendors, the rare vendors, etc.

No offense dude, but there’s nothing free to play. This is a buy to play game. You know he wants to play forever but it’s not free to play. There’s nothing free to play in this game.

Calm down, the term F2P is being used mostly to distinguish between items that can be acquired in game vs items from the cash shop. But also, Fallout 76 has been given away for free in several occasions and so, a considerable amount of players are playing literally free to play, without spending a cent in the game. That is most definitely free to play compared to most other live service games at the moment.

I still remember when the only way to get BoS combat armor was from the glass cavern at the every end on a dead BoS soldier that was the true end game grind trying to get a full heavy set

its just rng, i think ive spent about 600+ technical datas to get everything, but most of them i got close to each other. Try taking breaks by doing other stuff so that you dont get burnt out :P
