Fallout 76 Holy Fire Update Issue

since the big update Tuesday, have found switching between weapons throws off the Holy Fires' flames - the game still counts the aiming from the player as usual, but the animation starts from where you switched weapons, often throwing my aim off!
swapping to afresh weapon and back or switching to 3rd person veiw seems to fix it however...

Haven't tried many other weapons but atleast it's not just me!
