I am finding out 100 scrip per legendary module is punishing. That is a pretty steep price now.

Play events instead. Cryptid drops 5 legendary modules for example.

I was just happy to get luck but I am not getting a crit every other shot even with 36 luck.

Afaik there were never weapons with any of these 3 specials. I think the bug is that these mods show up on the legendary mod list, and not that the items don't drop with these mods. If you go to the grenade list and toggle all available there is a smoke grenade to unlock. But there are no smoke grenades in the game (unused content)

Just a heads up. Swing speed is also ** Rapid, there's a bug in it's description. And IRC there's a the Scythe from last season has Swing Speed.

For armor it works, if you have int armor go ahead and scrap it to learn. The int mod for weapons is a different one. Weapons have a 3 star mod. Armor a 2 star mod. Only the 3 star mod for weapons is bugged and can't drop currently.

This is actually new, the +3 SPECIALs on weapons for INT/CHA and LCK were added in the last update but are bugged sadly. On armor they are fine.

I'm confused how it's assumed to be a bug and not intended. I don't remember int on weapons prior.

It was added on the last PTS and live with the last update. The mods are in the game and also listed on the tinker workbench.

I didn't know about that at all but thanks for the information on this subject! Also, as a personal point of view, you could be doing something to improve the audio quality of your microphone since it sounds quite weird and some words are hard to understand! Are you using mono instead of stereo with your microphone? maybe upgrading your microphone to a newer one could make your videos even better than they currently are. Anyway, great video about the bugged mods!

As someone who regularly reads the posts on the 76 Reddit, I fully expect that community to defend this bug & tell you you're wrong for pointing it out. 🤦‍♂️🤣 I've come to learn they'll always defend Bethesda, regardless of what happened. At this point they should double the price of FO1st just because they can. 🤦‍♂️🤣

it should be possible for any weapon, but it's not currently. let's hope this bug gets fixed soon.
