Just a reminder, the SS helmet doesn't carry legendary effects. It's purely cosmetic and expensive. I skipped it when building my set. Also, I recommend waiting for the Ultra Light mod.

Yes ultra-light is better than the lighter build mod and worth the wait. Right also about the helmet. I don’t use it; in fact, none of my armor is visible other than the jet pack. We just wanted to show it because it’s part of the set, which meant I had to buy it from Regs just to film it!

Unfortunately the mods don’t stack.

Do i have to grind out treasury notes or can i get some of the stuff easier through playing the game? Gauss pistol, chinese stealth armor, SS armor fs, the jet pack for ss armor, maybe the strangler heart armor, dirt tiles.

All of her plans are available elsewhere in the game. Some drop from daily ops. Chinese Stealth Armor is a mission reward. Many can be bought from Regs in Vault 79 after completing that mission tree. Others can be bought from Samuel at Foundation or Mortimer at Crater after reaching certain relationship status with those factions. Minerva is a shortcut, which is why her plans cost less but take longer to come around, and why her inventory almost never changes.

Yes this is a big sale. Every fourth week is the combined items from the previous three weeks. Also, for some reason, lists 17-24 dupe many of the items from lists 1-8.

That’s not actually accurate. There are more new players in the game now. The number of people who have all of her inventory is pretty low, and for those she’s simply not needed anymore. Minerva is not designed as a resource of constantly updating inventory. That’s what the Atomic Shop is for. It’s the same as Samuel over at Foundation, or Mortimer at Crater. You probably have all their inventory too ;)
