(Fallout 76 PvP) Pulse Mines/Grenades Nerfed on PTS (READ DESCRIPTION)

NOTE: From my recent testing I have noticed the Pulse Grenades/Mines have been significantly nerfed (good). Their damage type has been changed from Electrical to Energy. Before Pulse Mines/Grenades would deal +30% extra damage towards Power Armor users and would also ignore your Resistances causing you to take an insane amount of overtime damage. Now that the damage type is Energy, having a high amount of Energy Resistance will now result in significantly less damage taken.

@@zeaqey they nerfed that too ,legacy damage dragons no longer deal 100% explosion damage in total the damage is now correctly split by 20% evenly across all projectiles I already tested crit nading on pts and it sucks ass

@@zeaqey they added back 20% in the loot pool but the old ones still have legacy damage im pretty sure and its also not that they are nerfing it directly they are changing how explosive damage calculates with multi projectile weapons. Legacies on pts do little to no damage now and the legacy damage dragons where also affected a lot

@@turtleurbro3202 so it will still work as its not the explosive that does the dmg? ive done extensive testing. its the bullet that kills not the nade or explosion. ur probably thinking of a demo expert nerf, which applies to everything explosive. they wont just remove it because its not gamebreaking. same reason lobbers are still in the game

I dont know I have had no problems with melee on the pts im still testing a bunch of stuff but I will let you know but so far they are performing fine as of right now

@@irredax56 Executioners and assassins would still be the two best and electric mod got changed/nerfed to deal energy damage now instead of electrical damage so the best mod from what ive tested with has to be poison and it will be getting buffed in the next update too I have screenshots on pts where it was reaching around the 800s in pipboy. Assassin's would be the best damage against someone who is full health unless you are a bloodied build then the bloodied primary prefix will be better and executioners is the best against anyone who is a bloodied build.
