The only weapon I chose to apply this Icemen's effect to was the Alien Electro Enforcer with the cryo mod built in. This was a pretty gnarly way to show off the mod as the cryo effects stack off of one another.

Think if this was a 3rd star instead could be more useful especially if there was an effect similar to vipers and pyromaniacs cause currently vipers and pyro is probably one of the best niche 4 star due to the wider range of options.. plus vipers with strangler heart or thorn is insane

I can only see this being used as a utility for playing support in boss fights.

I could see the value in this if your playstyle isn't to just face tank in vats all the time. I would say don't lean on vats, pop into vats for one hit to proc the cold. Staying in vats doesn't benefit you using this module, the effect lasts a whole 5 seconds. Step back and see if you can't avoid the attack completely, then wade back in. You might also run this as a sidearm for a ranged build on something quick and light like a combat knife to just get a fast enemy out of your face so you can step back and fire with impunity. But if you're at the point where you're getting 4 stars, you probably are already actively running a build that will overpower whatever that is with raw damage alone.

I'mma put this on my drill! I don't know why I love that weapon, but it's just a funny little blast. It's my pistol melee weapon for my pistol build, stupid I know. But I can't justify using a serious four star mod on a drill.

could be good for bloodied or as you said berserker. would have to have an anti stagger to make it more effective

I can see this only being useful if u wanna have the Scorchbeast Queen slow, while doing alot of damage with A strong Ranged weapon, Like A Gauss Minigun

Love the video wiggle, hate this effect its useless, warglaive already have a cryo mod, and so does the plasma cutter, i see no use for this anywhere, i mean if it worked outside of vats, sure

Rad Powered gives you a permanent +2 Ap regen per piece ecen without having Rads. Rejuvenators gives you ap and health regen. Pounders is borderline broken rn. Conductors is pretty good. Bullys and Pinpointers are really strong. Polished isn't Bad. Reflective or Aegis are really strong. I don't know what you mean

No logic at all to use 3* blocker on a fullhealth build with a good PA set like you have. You left out 3 points from Gladiator!!! If you were bloodied i would understand....

Sucks all weapons are useless compared to auto axe
