I Stored most of my SS armor long ago, I run SS chest for Jetpack, and Forest Scout Limbs and Mask ... SS chest is Unyielding, Powered (AP regen), Arms Keepers (-20% Weapon weight), Forest Scout Limbs are all Unyielding, Powered, Secret Agent with Shadowed (More Stealth) and Ultralight (for AP regen), and the Scout Mask counts as 5th armor piece for Set for Funky Duds. ... I am currently working on Swapping the Forest Scout for Covert Scout for even More Stealth, only Missing Right Leg, has all same stats as the Forest scout set im currently wearing, which will get handed down to an alt, since they are PRE legendary crafting tradable 8) ... I dropped Dodgy, it sucks to much AP and to me Suppressors is a waste with Bloody they dont live to get a chance to hit me, move 5 points of those to INT and add Demolition to boost Explosive damage" and 1 point to Covert Operative (x2 damage if crouch) ... I would also swap out Luck's Curator with Ricochet or Scrounger.

To buy the plans for this weapon you must be fully allied with the crater. It will cost 750 gold bullion

@Fyp.zyphoo I don't know the costs for the mods since I don't have the weapon itself but all I know is that some or maybe all mods are the same as the standard flamer. So I would recommend scrapping some flamers to get the mods you want. I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a better answer since I'm quite new to Fallout 76 and I have yet to be allied with Crater.

Btw, you don't need to complete the wastleander quest to get gold bullion. If you do events as a new player you still get treasure notes (or nodes, I forgot what they are called), so you just need to go to a gold press vending machine and exchange them

NOTE: a GOOD way to HEAL and get rid of Friendly Fire card ! ... Buy the Thirst Zapper you can buy at Nuka world for 6000 Tickets (you get 5,000 from spin the wheel), the Thirst Zapper shoots FREE snow balls ... You just need to make it a 1 STAR legendary with "MEDICS" that will heal any Player and NPC like friendly fire and Save you 3 Points you spent on friendly frre for another card.

My main is an awesome Stealth Sniper non P.A. I have a Crippler Fixer which does an amazing job. In events, I cripple a leg of any enemy I can find allowing others to kill it using the least amount of ammo possible. As interesting as these other builds are and some weapons I don't think the playstyle is for me.

I would recommend using power armor and stabilized for armor penetration and survivability. Without some kind of fire resistance either through armor or sizzling style this build will use a metric ton of stimpacks.

@P3nAlPineapple it's a very good build if your not going power armor, I would still suggest sizzling style since you have a matching set of armor to avoid burn damage on those charging enemies.

I usually run a holy fire and vampires auto axe with it for close encounters, I run a bloodied no power armour build and only die once in a blue moon

I use multi barrel with slow burner full health heavy gunner build and rifleman build both work just fine without the need for bloody. It’s a better weapon than the Tesla to tag targets from a distance

Been using an instigating ever since turtle made a video saying it actually applies instigating to the dot aswell as the initial dmg, also the reason why im using the 4x barrel, but im unsure if this is even the case and maybe i should change mine up now (obviously instigating is only working when im the first to hit an enemy too)

Could you elaborate on what isn’t great about this build? The reason I ask that when it comes down to armor modifications and things like that, you’re free to swap out and replace what you wish to make yourself more tanky. But I’m just curious as to why you say the build isn’t great? As I mentioned in the video, the build is vats build because I’m utilising the vats legendary effect and to coincide with that, I have everything specked out to mitigate incoming damage and also to mitigate ap usage? All of the perks are there for damage output, so what else about this is not great? 🤔 As I also mentioned, you’re free to swap out any non essential perks to tailor to your needs 👌🏻

It's just personal preference, but I'd probably have friendly fire on 1star and concentrated fire on 3. I run serendipity on 3, but I've read that using 1 star is just as effective, but I've not tried it out.

No reply? Why am I not shocked? Most ppl in the game use multiple weapons. Like i like to use rifles, melee, heavy guns etc while being bloodied. Should you use armor and mods for every situation sure but in this game its a fn grind and who cares to chamge out all armor and also roll for different legendaries for every piece of armor for every gun. I have secret service unyielding all pieces with buttressed and ultra light and T65 over eaters with emergency proticals. Im not going to make multiple sets of secret service and add asbestos. Best thing to use is the legendary perk card and swap that out tht is a lot easier.

I wish guides would show non-bloodied builds. Don't get me wrong, this is a really well put together and informative video, just I can't stand playing bloodied so I never get guides that give me a realistic idea of the numbers I can expect.

U don’t need bloody builds at all they may do the most damage but die too frequently and are terrible in daily ops especially when they have anti armor and reflective..

I run a bloodied build but my cremator is aristocrat with vats hit chance and reduced weight, hit the jackpot with that roll I reckon, using the heavy barrel and the slow burn mods there isn't much normal enemy wise that needs more than 1 hit cos of the 4 digit dot, it's great at events like moonshine jamboree if I stay up.on the roof an rely on vats

Instigating is as good or better than bloodied on a creamator. One hitter quitter heavy or it effects the DOT of the slow burn

I enjoy this weapon a lot, and a lot of people just giving you a hard time for nothing. People should understand {use what works}, and that's all, but noooooo you gotta hear them whine and complain. If you use melee build that's really your fault tbh, you should understand if you can't kill an or get a punch/shot in that's on you, and that SHOULD give you an indication like hey maybe i should get a bit smarter and use a fixer or tesla rifle to tag before kill, or be quick enough to hit the enemy once then go after another, BUT WAIT I HAVE MORE There's a legendary perk card that when you use a melee weapon in vats It will cause an explosion so that means wait....... you can tag more enemies in the radius. woahhhhh, that's crazyyy. Anyways, i like your build, and you're right that people have different play styles from using the creamator. I love your vids not the people so much, but thank you for the vid and ofc keep it up

Good against enemies but not bosses. Bloodied can get u to 90 percent more damage continuously while instigating only has high damage with the first shot.

If you go to 09:54 you'll see all of the legendary perk cars that I have equiped in order to bost those special stats. You have your base special stats for the build and then by equipping each of those legendary special stats perks, each of those categories increase by +5 but are capped at 15.

You get legendary perk card slots at levels 50,75,100,150,200 and 300. You can spend perk coins to upgrade them instead of combining them like normal.

Lol i used to be melee and when i see a melee player i try to not finish off enemies completely and leave something for them but sometimes its muscle memory. Not a cremator user lol

I despise this thing. This game just hasn't been the same since the Rip Daring season. Ever since, most events are me getting blinded left and right by green and purple flashes. It makes melee virtually unplayable sometimes. If I'm at Jamboree and see even two Creamator perchers then I just sit on a couch. No exp? Can't play because can't see? Yeah, no effort on my part. I'll take my prizes at the cost of your ammo, thank you very much. They don't run venom, they do literally nothing in this game except perch and swivel their DOT splasher from side2side. Screw that thing and all who bring it to events. I respect those who grinded for the mods(I think I'm only missing one) just take off the color effect if you bring it to events. The normal fire poof isn't as hard to see through as the colors are. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. TLDR The color mods blind melee players so take them off for events or you're trash, Brock.

I understand where you're coming from and I enjoyed your Ted Talk To be honest, players got frustrated over people using the auto grenade launchers and Fatman launchers and their screens shaking the entire time and then Bethesda added a feature where you can turn screen shake off. I'd say give it time and then eventually they'll add a feature which reduces explosion effects that you can turn on and off. I know it's frustrating but the teams looking after the game now are really listening to player feedback. I know it should really be a thing that when they're testing these things out, that they prepare for issues like this but unfortunately, that's not the case. Through player feedback, that's the only way they know these things so if you haven't already, head over to the Bethesda discord and leave your feedback with them and hopefully they notice it and pick up as a feature to add!

@@LaVex91 it’s not getting nerfed, the damage is still the exact same, but the burn effect is what’ll kill them. they don’t die immediately but you can see it still decimated their health bar. you just gotta wait a few seconds for their health to fully deplete. it’s damage will still be insane
