Pepper shaker is a heavy gun and shotgun it takes from both perk sets both heavy gunner snd shotguner and benefits from both stabilized and enforcer and skeet shoot so if you run both it does a ton of damage. I got 4 with explosive. quad, bloodied, 2 shot, and anti armor and they all slap everything around. 2 shot was nerfed but with the single big barrel without any of the spread reduction perks it's a enemy tagging god gun the spread can cover the entire area of eviction notice

a benefit of the laser mag that wasnt mentioned was that the laser rounds have the fastest projectile speed. its close to instant upon fire.

Nice. My main character is a tank heavy weapon build and I've always carried my QFfrFr on me. Yes, it flies through ammo but is fun and knocks the queen out of the air and force her to land near instantly.

I have a Medic's Explosive Pepper Shaker as utility weapon that doubles as weapon to heal NPCs in events and as long range crippling weapon to make the SBQ land. I'm not really convinced that the Pepper Shaker is able to compete with other weapons as DPS weapon.

This is a huge bonus. I already run it in VATS with all 3 heavy gunner maxed and the shotgunner perks at rank 2. It is nuts when you add VATS hit chance and hit weak points.

That’s just going one way or the other balance is something in the middle and if you’re putting explosive on it which you suggested then you definitely want 16 explosions instead of eight you want 16 triple attempt instead of eight. Do you want 16 yellow yellow instead of eight if you’re using vampire, everything about the single barrel is better except for the damage by your mouth lying damage by you right I don’t know if I’m using the weapon for healing. I want 16×2% which equals 32% of my max outback whatever shot well assuming every pallet hits but if you are using it for healing, then you’re going to run hit every pallet and you’re going to be unable if I’m crippling again I’m going to use that select a wing or a legand every pallets going to hit so I have 16 chances to cripple. It’s a guarantee one shot pretty much I’m using it for damage and I have the explosive legendary effect in the second star regardless of the first and third and fourth stars I want 16 explosions not eight.

Anti armor and stabilized 95% defense ignored is the way to go. Explosive of course for second star, 15% crit charge 3rd star because the AP cost is already getting cut in half and it's a shotgun so you're gonna build crit every other shot no matter what your luck is.

Вторая звезда на взрыв это конечно интересно, но есть нюанс. Если сервер старый и лагает, то со взрывом будут проблемы. Урон будет проходить с заметной задержкой, а иногда у меня регистрации урона вообще не было. Видимо это связано с большим количеством одновременных источников урона при взрыве и лагах на сервере. Можете конечно сами попробовать, но для меня лучший вариант второй звезды это скорострельность.

If you are meaning this weapon, if your primary weapon is going to be a pepper shaker because you built your strength category with one point in each of the shotgun and have a gun cards to get the most out of it to get 60% damage for only six points instead of nine point What I mean to say is if you’re going all in on the pressure shaker first all you’re gonna be disappointed because boss damage is going to be unimpressive, but if that’s what you’re doing and I understand I sometimes do things not the matter. I do them the way I wanna do them even though I know there’s a better way so if that’s what you’re doing you’re gonna want to pepper shaker you’re gonna want one with egg barrel or door barrel, you’re gonna want everybody this way you’re gonna want a single barrel probably vampire explosive or even vampire bats whatever you want on it a vampire so you can take advantage of the healing when need be And then you’re gonna do one for clearing labs and yes, it’s not gonna be as effective as any other heavy gun, literally not any other heavy gun every other heavy gun can be explosive. Every other heavy gun does more damage I mean any other heavy gun is going to be better for bosses, but if you want to use a pepper shaker, then you want that fire rate

Produce a beat of ammo by 90% weight it doesn’t matter how much it weighs you can carry around tens of thousands of plasma or or fusion cells. There’s a little difference wait isn’t a consideration what kind of damage they do that’s the consideration fusion cells do all energy damage so you’re focusing on one resistance, which is important to when boss killingif all you want is raw damage plasma is going to give you more of that by splitting between but ballistic and energy, you’re getting more than you get from either standard or fusion

But rice and magazine the choice of plasma or vision course plasma does more damage, but it flips the damage between ballistic and energy. If you’re using it against mom’s, that’s OK because most moms don’t have resistances and both of those you’re using it against the boss then you want Cells because all the damage will be energy. Your aunt will be reducing all of the bosses resistances so you better off filing all your damage on one either way they both do very similar damage. The plasma and ballistic damage together is higher, but not so much that it really matters choose whichever color you like

What damage on the damage is all focused on one reason so again if you think you’re going to turn it into a boss killer if you literally think you’re going to use it to kill office do you want all your damage focused on one type of damage loss have exactly the same DRER poison, cry and fire. They’re all immune to radiation so if you think your pepper shakers is going to be a boss killer, focusing all the damage to take advantage of damage I mean of armor penetration affect do you wanna focus all your damage on one so take the laser barrel if you’re using it to clear mobs, which is really the only thing related that it’s good for take the plasma cartridge. It does more damage and resistance don’t matter that much And that’s also a place where you can actually use God because you don’t need the extra armor penetration so you can you don’t have 200 rounds instead of 50 not be reloading all the time still have 45% armor pad for you know those tank your mob super mutant behemothqueens what not

Been using it for damage like you’re going to be remaining it which I don’t know anybody that means a pepper shaker. You’re a heavy dumbbell. There are white. Every other heavy gun is better, but if you’re going to be mailing it for damage then yes the hex barrel even with explosives it’s the most you’re gonna get the most damage or let’s say the quickest damage and first damage is what you want because you’re going to be using a mopbut the moment you’re thinking about healing or crippling do you want a single barrel?

Have any issue fog or exploiter feature with explosion, laser, and plasma gun using the being sweater had a problem the sweater wasn’t splitting damage. It was simply multiplying it by the number of beans shotgun. Never had that issue why they took explosive off that weapon when they first put it out is beyond me I think it was mostly everybody making noise about how it was just gonna be another legacy because to be fair most people don’t understand what was wrong with Bill the so-called legacy explosive weapon. What was wrong was they were hitting 500% - increase from the five split beam instead of it being somehow split between them it was simply being multiplied shotgun never had that problem.

Ringworm as a main weapon for my killing go with the hex barrel if you’re using it as a vampire weapon and explosive weapon or a crippling weapon go with the single barrel it’s not it’s a no-brainer really explosion the same explosive damage on each by multiplied by two right instead of eight explosions and whatever it is 50% or 10% or whatever It’s 16 if you’re crippling, it’s 16 chances the cripple instead of eight if you’re using it to stay alive it’s literally 2% per pallet of your max health so 16×2 or 8×2 it is literally 32% of your help each shot with the single barrel so if that’s your goal For really difficult content than a single barrel that writing the fire rate and then what not is more than worth it, but if you’re just running around killing mom, you don’t need all that the Heck barrel is fine. You’ll be using more ammo, but things will be dying fastertrade-off

I mean, if I were trying to use it as a weapon quad would be the way, but the problem is you need to armor bosses have master armor now massive they have no damage reduction but damn lots of damage so you need the weapon and you need stabilizer do you need that 75% both quick Deep off on the target to do any damage at all so you’re just gonna have to be stuck reloading for the changes you wouldn’t of ever use that gun anywhere but on mom‘s because it doesn’t do any damage the office take a shit gone man. It actually added armor so you can get quite high almost completely eliminating the resistance, what kind of magazines with a 40% armor and the gun with that added 90% armor even then still put tank killer on

Good, but the fact of the matter is with the changes to the bosses and armor is the best first star legendary you can get in the game. It’s better than bloody. It’s better than a aristocratic. It’s better than junkies because the only time it matters is you’re using a gun against Bostonthe rest of the time in the game your legendary effects don’t really mean shit. Killing lives is easy while I agree. That particular weapon has a small magazine. It also has a fairly fast reload.

Work back by anything you’re talking about explosive damage was never what they call a legacy weapon on shotgun. The problem with legacy weapon is they were getting the explosive damage wasn’t being divided or split up between the splitter. It was simply being multiplied if you have five things at 500% explosive damage That’s what was wrong with those guns that has been fixed. It’s my understanding that if you put a sweater I haven’t tried it on a Gattlin plasma that has the second star explosive effect that explosive effect gets shut off because for whatever reason but that’s just not capable of fixing it correctly, but that problem never existed for shotgun for pallet base weapon. The explosive effect was always so much per pallet made checking out when that gun came out and decided that they didn’t get the gun to put the explosive effect on what was they ever gone where public sentiment against so-called legacy weapon which by the way I miss you firm there are lots of legacy weapons that have nothing to do with the problem that needed to be fixed in the game of the legacy weapon were made legacy because their effects were like white explosive damage gun originally back when damage was a thing right when you could actually do a little bit of damage without the person responding and explosive gun that was also doing radiation damage that was by the way at the time bypassing flat damage That was problematic so they took it out of loop pool creating a legacy had to be related to the legacy, explosive laser and plasma weapons that were getting massive damaging increase from explosive effect shotgun never had that problem although they had their own problems sometimes with the explosive effect in regards to mass Was never one of them by the way while putting explosive on the pepper shaker does ramp it up a little bit it’s full of shit have gone. It’s one function really relates to the number of barrels the number of pallets I mean so if you want a vampires weapon or a crippling weapon or an explosive weapon It’s great because you have eight or 16 pallets eight or 16 pallets that can all get the explosive facts I’ll have a chance to cripple and more more than the point if you have 16 pallets on a vampire weapon that’s 32% of your max health back with each shot You are in vulnerable to death as long as you have something that you can shoot at and hit with that gun because 32% each shot of all the relative 32% of your house but you also have 16 chance with the cripple and 16 explosion and it’s still a shit gun.

The good crippling gone it’s a good healing gun and it’s good exploding gun. It’s really quite useful now for running around killing mob damn cheap right and you can choose between splitting your damage between energy and ballistic or all energy or all boys that you have those three choices regular shelves are all boys thick Shelves are 5050 I think energy and ballistic, and then the vision cells are all energy and by the way, I don’t think any of it is affected by grounded so you can also run grounded. At least I know that that I don’t need it. I mean grounded doesn’t affect the plasma cartridge on a similar situation get plasma which is also 50-50 ballistic and energy. You are losing that 13% with class freak but you’re losing 13% from both energy and ballistic don’t believe me check yourself. I don’t care honestly I’m I’m tired of worrying of you. Believe me I check shit And I’m telling you you’re losing 26% of your damage with grounded on a gallon of plasma only 13% on a Gattlin laser the same goes for all electric auto wax. You’re losing 26% 13 of energy and 13 of ballistic so in order to run the electric auto act you better be using the science parts to make up the difference, otherwise just your poison or even don’t put an element on it Just to ballistic you do understand the write that when you’re fighting a boss, your armor lowers all their resistance is equally and the one that matter are all the same right DRER fire and poison are all the same number so when you’re hitting them with energy and ballistic damage When when the damage is wet and lowered by the way less of each, then you would have a one of the other one or the other when you put an element on those weapon you lose 40% of the ballistic and they say you gain 60% of the element, but that doesn’t make sense you’re not getting any element. It didn’t have an element What you are doing now is taking your damage and sweating it between your resistance so now you have to do you’re doing less damage against feature resistance so you have to do more damage to get through and damage to help you’re better off getting all ballistic or all energy then you are hitting a split between them. I’m boss our regular critter doesn’t matter what you’re doing they have a little to know resistance of anyway, so use poison and spend your intelligence points somewhere else than the science work card the pepper shaker goes though it doesn’t seem to be affected by the grounded park car, but it’s still a shit weapon for anything but oh and for whatever reason it seems to be fairly good at taking the shield off of the EN06 guardianof the shields also though it’s terrible body damage, don’t ask me why, but it will. It will strip the shield fairly well. I literally can see the difference and how fast the shield goes out when I switch any other weapon to that pepper shaker but then once the shields down, I switched to something else.

interested to see your part two, i made a pepper shaker build similar to you're going more for vats with all the vats buffs. Ngl Conductors on a pepper shaker is no joke as even with full health crits come constant and consistently against bosses. For sure plasma gatlin far better DPS and Pepper shaker can defo cause issues in 3rd person (pellet lag) but if you're willing to play fist person (reduces pellet lag and reload bug) and vats it's a great support decent dps gun. I loved this gun at it's launch but had horrible RNG for recipes then it was nerfed pretty bad so glad to actually get to use it and not feel lagging behind.

Some people are mentioning that it makes the game a little bit more buggy , some are saying server crashes but the only thing I've experienced is lag when firing it in or around water sources, so yeah a bit of a spicy pepper shaker at the moment 😅

Doesn’t matter into it who the fuck craft ammo anymore first time I grab ammo when there’s a challenge that says 50 ammo or whatever whatever I need ammo I just cleaned out my ammo stash of all the animal. I don’t use throw it in the converter and pull whatever and I need I’m good for days or week. By the way you need to lose everything with the new ammo spawning thing ammo probably 2/3 to what your shoot spawns on critters so you can stretch your ammo belt forever if you’re looting the horrendous pain in the ass if you’re running a shredder bill, but for everybody else ammo is like never in the history of this game or any fallout game is ammo been so readily available everywhere.

Legacy Pepper Shakers were complete garbage, not only did they do little damage (because it was shotgun explosive nerfed damage) but they would lag you right out of the game. The only thing these are good for now are crippling enemies. When you see people melt stuff with one its because they are cheating.

Why would you ever choose juggernauts on anything if I ever a juggernaut is 25% or I mean 24% when you’re at full health or close to full health however is 25% all the time because who doesn’t have five mutation if you have five or more mutation is 25% the light so juggernauts or what’s the one relating to food those are only 24% when you’re at the for the highest threshold stop recommending dumb ass legendary facts. The only legendary effect you need on anything that has any chance at all being used at for killing bosses his armor if the weapons never going to be used for that at your low health and bloody, you just must have some kind of damaging increase something that doesn’t depend on other things. Don’t choose an aristocrats cause the moment you go by anything that cost a big chunk of money your damage goes down don’t choose Jugrnaut because your health is going to be going up and down all the time. I mean, if I were trying to use it as a weapon quad would be the way, but the problem is you need to armor bosses have master armor now massive they have no damage reduction but damn lots of damage so you need the weapon and you need stabilizer do you need that 75% both quick Deep off on the target to do any damage at all so you’re just gonna have to be stuck reloading for the changes you wouldn’t of ever use that gun anywhere but on mom‘s because it doesn’t do any damage the office take a shit gone man. Good, but the fact of the matter is with the changes to the bosses and armor is the best first star legendary you can get in the game. It’s better than bloody. It’s better than a aristocratic. It’s better than junkies because the only time it matters is you’re using a gun against Bostonthe rest of the time in the game your legendary effects don’t really mean shit. Killing lives is easy while I agree. That particular weapon has a small magazine. It also has a fairly fast reload.

The good crippling gone it’s a good healing gun and it’s good exploding gun. It’s really quite useful now for running around killing mob damn cheap right and you can choose between splitting your damage between energy and ballistic or all energy or all boys that you have those three choices regular shelves are all boys thick Shelves are 5050 I think energy and ballistic, and then the vision cells are all energy and by the way, I don’t think any of it is affected by grounded so you can also run grounded. At least I know that that I don’t need it. I mean grounded doesn’t affect the plasma cartridge on a similar situation get plasma which is also 50-50 ballistic and energy. It didn’t have an element What you are doing now is taking your damage and sweating it between your resistance so now you have to do you’re doing less damage against feature resistance so you have to do more damage to get through and damage to help you’re better off getting all ballistic or all energy then you are hitting a split between them. I’m boss our regular critter doesn’t matter what you’re doing they have a little to know resistance of anyway, so use poison and spend your intelligence points somewhere else than the science work card the pepper shaker goes though it doesn’t seem to be affected by the grounded park car, but it’s still a shit weapon for anything but oh and for whatever reason it seems to be fairly good at taking the shield off of the EN06 guardianof the shields also though it’s terrible body damage, don’t ask me why, but it will. It will strip the shield fairly well. I literally can see the difference and how fast the shield goes out when I switch any other weapon to that pepper shaker but then once the shields down, I switched to something else.
