There is a gold deposit at Billings Homestead workshop as well, it is located below the big graveyard and above the Nuka Cola factory along the river. Also in order to turn raw flux into pure flux your gonna need High Radiation Fluids and either Hardened Mass or Glowing Mass.

If you are doing this at a low level also be aware that the pure cobalt flux requires hardened mass and high radiation fluids which only drop from the enemies in the nuke zone. So this may prove to be harder than expected to get the flux itself.

There is usually a military ammo bag inside the armored truck sitting right in front of the two barracks.

also at the end of the entry area, straight in from the door, in the lockers there, the gox to the left, this one is not 100% but is pretty common (not sure if the times i found it NOT there, someone else might have looted it already)

if you pause at 13min49sec... the vehicle you see by the bunker has a chance to spawn an ammo bag

I found it works better if you logout, wait a minute or two and log back in. Less chance to enter the same server.
