Im using this build now with Berserker 2525 handmade and loving it. I made few changes with the perks to suit me better but i was running bloodied with all god roll gear and this is way funner and only notice a difference against sbq.

I had a handmade for awhile I gave to a buddy that had +50 limb damage, it was a dream to use as an automatic since I could EASILY cripple the sheepsquatch's legs and just kite him around. Now i've got one that reduces VATS cost 25% and I feel like I can shoot forever in VATS now lol

When I saw this I thought *Yawn* another junky build. Glad I was so wrong! This is a really nice build. Well done. Since the stealth suit came out I have been enjoying my low health commando build much, much more. I was considering giving high health a go. I think I might now :-) I've been using glowing blood packs instead of stimpacks and using bloodsucker. It's really easy because they hydrate and yet they are lighter than water and stimpacks. They stack too so you can down a couple if you are struggling to retreat. I was using lone wanderer but I don't like the inconsistency in durability between team play and solo play. It kept catching me out! I only use one rank of adrenaline which means I get to use dead man sprinting. It speeds up farming runs. I buy canned coffee and craft sunshine oil so I can cover huge distances quickly and easily. Nice vid man. Keep up the good work :-)

I run something similiar but I use herbivore and make corn and carrot soup. Its a little on the heavy side but having buffs for perception and ap regen is nice to have if youre not using legendary armor and using vats. I also feel like rejuvenated and lonewanderer go a long way with this build as well. I usually run unyielding with ap regen so running chinese stealth suit was really painful at first. You can run adrenal without class freak and still have decent hp thanks to rejuvenated.

I've noticed that thing with extra enemies happen. I notice it always happens where a legendary is. The most noticeable one to me was that radio tower place near westek a legendary was on the roof and must have been near a edge of the building because like 6 mutants and 3 hounds just fell off the roof all of the sudden when I was about to go into the building. Lucky was stealth build almost scared me to death.

Great video! This is exactly the same build as I've been running for a while now. I was aiming for a bloodied build but after buying maybe 80 3-star legendaries at the purveior I didnt get anything good but a Bezerkers Fixer. With my usual luck I got like 40 flamers. So I adapted everything to bezerker. I have soloed the SBQ with it but it was a bit nerve wrecking because I used nerd rage perk and adrenaline reaction mutation. Keeping the health that low with no armor is a pain. For some reason something has happened with VATS lately. I can sit a few feet from an enemy with 95% head shot in VATS and miss like 5-10 shots! Not all the time but annoyingly often. Or maybe it's just my bad luck. I didn't know the high capacity backpack was that large. I will get me one of those.

I still wish Berserker's was figured off the weight of the armor you're wearing as opposed to the DR. Start the damage at +50% and for each pound of gear worn it goes down by 1% (maybe 2% per pound, dunno). I feel like you could then build a character and gear set around the idea of maximizing the Berserker prefix. Sturdy Frame perk for 50% less weight on armor, ultra-light mods to make pieces weigh less, light weight armors like leather and wooden would mesh nicely, and the weightless prefix on armor pieces would be very worthwhile to collect. Either way, the change would make it so I had an entire build to work towards to take advantage of various synergies.

Some updates since Steel Reign release: the Fire damage Heal perk no longer works on npcs, but that's not really core to the build, since I don't see a lot of people doing Free Range Events. Side note: its fun and can get you 1-3 legendary spawns. But if you get the crock stay on 'em and focus on herding the wayard brahmin.

You can still heal NPCs with Molotov cocktails… even though the perk card description specifically says that you can’t, lol. I’ve been doing it for a while. I just did it in Radiation Rumble a few hours ago.

I use full health stealth commando too but not just for high damage with my build, I also am into diminishing returns with armor resists and have quality of life perks. No VATS so more QOL. The reason I go heavily armored is for survivability during events when I am not sneaking so I don't 1 hit kill things and other players can get their hits in too... except SBQ when I do sneak. SBQ I use a Furious Handmade, works great, other events with squishy mobs I use my vampires explosive handmade and shoot the ground at targets feet. Then for outside of events I use an instigating against scorched, ghouls, other low armor mobs and my AA against muties and other armored targets like crabs.

Hey AT, I think plasma and laser guns might work as shotguns with magic effects in vats if they are modded with beam splitter. I tried the slug buster and a medic +33% vats hit chance on lv68 supermutant. Slug buster did poor damage, medic killed him in three shots. I also tried a medic explosive laser rifle and one shot him but I'm not sure if it's for the explosive. Can you test these guns?

Thanks. I'm currently a sneaky commando and flip-flop between various bits of armour and Chinese Stealth Suit. I'm not quite fully committed as I've got 9 STR as every now and again I diversify with shotguns (silos and Whitespring clearence) and minigun/gatling (SBQ) and like to use their weapon perks. I seem to get by OK, but I must say with Wastelanders stealth still isn't quite right. Though I think I need to tweak the receivers on my Instigating Handmade/Fixer now and think about moving away from Gun Fu (to be honest sometimes it's not fast enough for me).

I used to run a full health build but was dying often. I also had no mutations. Switched to an unyielding build with mutations but never got a bloodied fixer to go with it. Your build gives me hope and I’m going to switch back to full health build again as I hate dying in rad zones. Is a stalker fixer viable. Have been rocking this for a long time. Love it.

There are, because of the raw damage % mitigation, except for specific kinds of damage. Full health does really well with auto-stimpack perks but otherwise I feel so delicate.

I dunno, in my experience of playing fallout 76, I've seen a lot of bloodied builds die way more often then someone without a bloodied build. Could be they're using it wrong or something but like, they be levels 200+

Tip: If you have med-x or psycho addiction (each give -10dr) you will Not get berzerker's buff with a broken chinesse stealth suit. I already tried that on my junkie build. I'm actually running a heavy gun sneak build, because Flamers are actulaly silent, figure that.

Turtle I think radiation reduction is the term all the hazmat type suits have 99% radiation reduction only 1% of the radiation you take gets through and you know they all have except the broken hazmat suits only have 500 but stealth armor suit in the regular radiation suits have a thousand radiation resistance to handle that last 1% of radiation that's coming through. similarly the power armor I think has 90% radiation reduction and when I say radiation reduction I mean you simply only take either 99 or 90 RADS respectively out of each hundred RADS that are coming at you in those two suits. The same way powered armor has what 42% damage reduction. And the queen has what 75% damage reduction you simply negate all that damage or all that radiation and then your resistance handles the rest so it's kind of a somewhat unfair situation because guys in really good armor with resists as high as power armor they're still taking tons of radiationand damage for that matter I mean they're taking more damage than a power armor suit let's through.but then again they do have all those legendary effects on their armor to make up for the fact that there aren't any on the power armor

is the stealth kind broken for anyone else? there are times enemies spot me right away or [Danger] simply doesn't go away even if Im in a different floor. or it goes from caution to danger instantly, even when the enemy isn't anywhere near me (like no attacks coming from anywhere, no sight of enemy)

Yeah thanks turtle that bill looks really cool full health don't have to have unyielding armor can actually have if you want you could modify it a bit and have real armor with sneak so if you ever need to run and gun you can I mean it's a it's a very versatile build and it doesn't require you know 14 different foods and chemicals to make it do damage I'm tempted to switch my melee guy over to that and I actually I think I already have a weapon that would be decent for it and definitely have the stealth armor. I don't think I want to go you know your squishy berserker route but I the ease with which you were taking down scorch beast and those ghouls in the super mutants it kind of makes me think I want to go to the process of completely switching a Melee character into a commando

@@AngryTurtle I think it'll be it'll still be viable though I I just was trying it I happen to have a handmade it's not a instigating or better yet a anti-armor I think is what I would prefer but I just cleared the Capitol building with it and I'm not at all spect into it I threw on one rank of concentrated fire so I could get headshots I was doing like 169 damage to the Head. but like I say I'm not at all spec'd into it and I only have like one perception and concentrated fire even seem to break my accuracy rather than help it. I think if I was getting you know much better accuracy with higher perception and less missing like if I just aimed for myself I was mowing down level 75 ghouls. And mind you that's on a completely 100% spec stealth melee unarmed build I don't even have a covert operative card anymore I don't have any I mean I scrapped everything that didn't go to my build to get points to buy legendaries

Quick dumb question. Your weapon card for the auto handmade you used for this shows damage at 138. But you were doing over 600 on most hits. Where is the multiplier coming from? Sneak hits? Head shots?

i made something similar, but for FUN i also carry a plasma caster....i can stealth shot for 1600...funny thing is I HAVE NO....rifle, heavy gunner, cards. and i have only commando and master at rank 2 for each one. till i use the legendary to get my 5 more points. so even though you are going to get instatly spotted. so then i go back to my fixer or handmade.

believe it or not you get legendary weapons according depending on your special point ,, 15 points in strength, better chance to get heavy weapons/ melee . i did some test builds .

Anyone else have this strange bug where your automatic rifle will occasionally get stuck in firing mode? I don't see Turtle ever having this issue so I'm wondering if it's just me. I've had this bug since launch. I normally have to stop my gun from unloading the entire clip by entering my Pipboy.

so you are only carrying super-stimpaks - does born survivor work with them ? and do we really need this much damage or what mean to say, I run a rifleman build but I find with running rifleman at 3 but master rifleman and expert rifleman at 2 I still do enuff damage to kill most (if not all mobs) with 1 or 2 shots, so not sure what I need to extra damage for to kill.

stealth commando(and bow user) here with berserker. Broken stealth suit rad resistance used to work before the big last update, however I have since been taking constant rads from everything after. Unsure if this was a feature that got bugged, or a bug that got fixed. I personally hope its a bug that can get fixed. Anyone else have the same problem?

Just picked a rando vid of yours to ask for help since you are amazing at helping the community. So sorry about a rando post here. So when we are questing and are tracking one quest only and me as leader i dont see the quest diamond unless im about 20 feet from it in the game world. Not the compass. But she sees the yellow quest diamond thru walls for hundreds of feet allowing her to move in the correct direction. Any idea why i dont see that? Super annoying in a large building with many floors that i dont see where to go until im standing on it for the most part. Thanks in advance

one of the game settings allows you to change how far can you see marker, make sure it's set on max

Hi, Turtle, or whoever else can answer this. I have a stealth commando build with 15 per and ag. I use a fixer and in ag I have Covert Operative and Sandman maxed out. My damage at night is 3.5x, but I see yours in other videos is 3.75x. Where does the extra .25x come from?

You get and extra 0.25x damage if you equip sandman and then covert operative. It appears to be a glitch, and has to be reset by unequiping covert operative and reequiping it every time you join a server

Is their such a thing as to many mutations. I am currently running 11 and looking to make it 12 with Carnivore once I find someone who is actually selling it. Has anyone noticed a lack of in game players selling mutations of late. It’s like people no longer do it or those who did have moved on.

it is effective perk although in my stealth builds i just prefer to not take any hits ;)

I know this is a year old, so things may have changed. But how do you get 138 from a handmade? Even with all the commando perks, that's only 45 + 60% = 72. Is it the legendary effect doubling that?
