God the Fall Out Boys, reminds me of my middle school days, I’m 27 now, i miss these :/ I still have the socks and tie I used to wear with the name on it lol.

My little brother lives in L.A. and is great friends with Patrick Stump, (the singer). I got to meet him when l went to L.A. to visit. Dinner with my mother, brother, Patrick, and his fiancee at the time. Married now. He did a solo cd and toured. Patrick came to Dallas and had free tickets for me and my kids at the House of Blues. After the concert, there was a meet & great, and when he came out, he walked straight to us. My kids were thrilled.... Okay, so was I! He's a great and humble guy. Funny too!

That's such a wonderful story!! He's always come across as a lovely, humble man to me, well he's obviously shy as he isn't even the "frontman" of his own band! But he's not a slave to social media and keeps a fair bit of his life private, which isn't a downright indicator of character but added to other qualities it just makes it seem like he knows what matters to him in his life. Soul Punk was not an above average record by any means but the track "Allie" is one of the best of his whole career, would love to see if another solo outing any time in our future with a more updated production and more of those trademark lush vocals. You're a lucky man!

@@sp0ngeb00b7 Yeah it was a great CD. My favorite song on the CD was "I in Lie" because I thought it was such a Prince sound. I never knew he had that ability. I told my brother that and he relayed that to Patrick. It made him really happy.
