@@NateGo3sLoneSurvivor there’s a video somewhere on KZbin that I think influenced the song choices for this radio. It’s called “I reinvented fallouts music by creating a new genre” or something like that, if you are too stuck in your ways (might I say if you have the old world blues) and you don’t wanna watch it then I’ll summarize, he ends up inventing ska music. That’s basically it. but it fits fallout.

I like the idea that not all these songs are just from random future singers/bands. Fallout London is going to be available on PC, with no plans to release it on any console, from what is said on their discord server

Hah. Is funny joke. Playstation mods are still limited by not being able to add new assets to the game, right? Meaning... any of the guns and clothing... and actual structures in the worldspace... honestly a lot of stuff they are adding for this mod would not be possible on playstation. Playstation and Xbox are both limited in their Scripting capabilities. If it ain't in the base game, adding it is either difficult or impossible. Stuff like, oh I don't know. Pushbikes. Much as I would love to see this mod on all platforms, It seems only one is capable of handling all this mod has to offer. And that is... PC.

this make zero sense. How do you have majority of your soundtrack sounding like Indie modern, almost pop music, then have a song that sounds completely 60s?? I like how the world looks, but other than that, the soundtrack doesn't fit.

That basically sums up most if the fallout soundtrack. I've never been a fan of just blasting jolly tunes while shooting a hord of mutants, it always takes me out of the immersion unlike the older games which depended on the soundtrack to keep the atmosphere of a location convincing.

Fallout doesn't have to be Jolly tunes, but they do have to fit the 50s culture, and the entire track list doesn't sound anything like classic old music. It doesn't make sense to have the universe suddenly have modern styled songs and then have old sounds. No Fallout has done this, so not sure where you're getting tht from.

The songs are styled around the 1960s for the most part? Kyle and Seph have both said in the discord that they have based their tracks around the Beatles, Cliff Richard, Elton John and Bowie. British 60s sounded very different to American 60s. And you need to remember that everything will have to be either granted permission or indie music because a mod doesn't have money to pay licencing fees.

My guy you ever heard British 60's music very different from the American 60s scene. In fallout that's represented well so far with very British stylised songs from the 60s.
