Tfw this mod is built off of years of Bethesda work. They're a very, very decent mod team - but you have to remember this is just a mod. If they had to build this from the ground up, including thier own engine builds, like Bethesda does - it'd take them longer to make this mod than it took Bethesda to craft the entire base game and the official DLC, and this mod isn't supposed to be that massive (they say "dlc sized". You've got to give Bethesda credit where it's due, this mod wouldn't even exist without them.

This was the first mod i heard of before I even started playing fallout. It may have been the starting point towards me playing Fallout 4 sometime that year. 5 years later,now with like 1300 hours on 4, almost 500 mods loaded, and at least 200 hours on New vegas, im still looking forward to seeing this, the previous games remade in fallout 4 and the other massive mods in development and nearing competition sooner rather than later.

They are. Canonically, the Enclave's presence in Florida can only mean one thing: naval bases. This is probably going to be a naval-based Enclave bastion. If you think about it, this makes sense. I'm pretty sure the Fallout Bible talks about the various battle groups (naval ships) that were scattered along the edge of the Pacific coast as well as the eastern coast before the bombs. So if we're lucky, we might see the Enclave's use of warships in Fallout Miami.
