This is a reupload, yes. You may noticed a lot more of them lately. That's because I upgraded from Adobe Premiere 2021 to 2022, and for some reason that screwed up everything. Any time I fix an error, it creates two more. Now that I know what the problem is, I hope I can prevent these errors. The barber shop interaction was fucking hilarious, it was deadass voice acted better than most AAA videogames cutscenes nowadays. 👍 90 I wonder if Mike’s going to re upload when he finds out about the 23/ instead of the 2/3 👍 65 Aww, I enjoyed the nonlethal approach with Doolin. The Bush administration passed it during "The war on terror", ostensibly to root out terrorists, and then just used it to spy on and crack down on regular citizens. Obama talked about how it was a gross violation of privacy, unethical, and needed to be repealed, and then _expanded_ it after getting elected, using it as a tool to suppress his political rivals and more people the fed just didn't like. It technically expired in 2020, but the government hasn't actually halted any spying on the citizens, because go fuckin' figure.

Most of the characters in this mod are incredibly unlikeable. I don't know but I just don't enjoy it. The only thing about this mod I liked was the holotape I found where some guy talks about Marko being possessed by Satan and also the barbers. Like, even characters like Joe Frost who are "in the right" are so annoyingly preachy and uppity that I just want to kill them for being rude

Yeh, the whole NVB3 mod got super SUPER fucking preachy with a ton of characters and ending slides written explicitly to try to make you feel bad for anything when all the people trying to preach at you from their illusionary moral high grounds are arguably(and often very much are) so much worse than you. It also tries to act like you're some holier than thou goodie two shoes when most people are playing a character just doing a job, or whom just don't give a damn, so the "moral" or whatever this mod tries to shove down your throat are so damn disjointed that their arguments fall flat. Marko, especially, at the end is one of the worst parts cuz he's the WORST, absolute worst person to have the audacity to say what right and wrong is when he's spent decades pillaging, raping and murdering his way across the country while doing his damndest to help others be just as bad as he was. The whole thing of him basically coming out of "bad guy retirement" and "turning over a new leaf" when you kill his shitbrain brother and acting like you're the bad guy is just ridiculous, especially with how much he monologues about basically nothing. Like, tbh I could see it happening in reality considering how stupid people can be and how inane their mental gymnastics tend to be, but this is a mod, in a game, that should be intended to be poignant or merely fun or silly. NVB3 ends up trying to take itself SO seriously it just comes off as, as mentioned, excessively preachy since that's all anyone talks about throughout the whole mod. It just gets boring imo
