Fallout: New Vegas - Stop attacking me so I can heal!

Welcome back to Fallout: New Vegas, we are in the Old World Blues DLC where everything is attacking me!
Last time we successfully found the Auto-doc and botanist machine personalities. They are up and running and ready to help. But there is much more to find! The jukebox, Muggy, and the light switches still need to work.
That is easier said than done! Every time I turn a corner I'm heavily attacked, I have no way to heal myself while out on the road. This is going to be interesting!
