I am one of your volunteers. Up to now on the Great Vic but this year (2024) I was at dinner plain for the three peaks. Doing my part to make sure that each rider was looked after. I ride a lot but looking at this I KNOW that I made the right choice to NOT ride it. The heart rate and the speeds are both more than I could do. But I really enjoyed the video. It told me a great deal about what I wanted to see. It gave me the feeling of doing the ride, without actually doing it. Thanks for that.

Thanks for the pull it literally helped get me through the day and I finished in 12:20. @@disafear3674 Nearly every video I watch there is nobody sticking with a group on the flat bits. I will be finding a group and sticking with them to the end I think. If I am feeling great, I will go off on my own going up Falls.

@@zazzleman there might be a number of factors but rest stops might be one of them. Some people stop, some don't and people stop for different durations. It is easy to lose a good group because you don't want to stop, or you stopped for too long and they're gone
