Thanks for a great video. Heading up there first part of October. Other than your toys anything else you would suggest. How was the marina? Thanks

Hey Jim! Thanks for the comment. You will really enjoy it! There are 3 or 4 loops in the park. We stayed in the Holly Point Loop which is not where the marina is, so we missed the marina area. We are going back soon and this time I was able to get a site reserved in Rolling View which is close to the marina. I'll let you know about the marina then. Just come prepared to enjoy being nestled in beautiful trees, watching the deer and of course the breath taking views of the lake!

Love this experience. I will have to try it out. I have one question. What's your opinion? When buying a class A rv. Which type? Diesel or Gas? (For. Family of 4 or less)?
@rvwithsoul8694 жыл бұрын
Louis Thomas Hi! Well, our RV is gas however my mom is on her fourth RV and she has always preferred diesel. A few things I know about diesel RVs is that they are more expensive to purchase, and more expensive to maintain. However, diesel RVs have more pick up and go if you’re traveling through mountainous areas and may be more suited for people who are living in their RV and on the road constantly. I also hear you can get better gas mileage with a diesel then you can with gas. And there might be a different feel when you’re driving a gas RV versus a diesel one. So, then that would depend your personal preference. We chose to go with the gas because it was our very first RV and to be honest, I wasn’t even sure if we would enjoy RVing. I also considered the maintenance costs. So as part-time RVers, I thought it would be best for us to keep our investment to a minimum. Experience wise, it doesn’t matter if you have gas or diesel. Neither one will have an effect the great adventures you can have with your family. We have really enjoyed our RV and I think we made a very wise decision for us. I hope this helps. And I wish you well on your RV purchase. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Be safe!
