I love the video as much as the arrangement. The end - when he meets his pilot face to face chokes me up in a joyous way everytime. We are our own pilots

Anyone else have this utterly stuck fast in their head? Great to find out the album is available, and of course I bought it. Think of all the tat you've spent money on and getting an album of stuff you like as well as supporting the artists who you really want to see more from is a total no brainer. Edit : Two listens of 'Salvor' and I'm hooked.

Just discovered this when I bought the album "Salvor" where it closes the work. I just love this. As stated below from a poem by Alfred Lord Tennyson an extended metaphor for death and though originally put to music Rani Arbo this version is just joyous. Perfect, can't stop listening to it.

Wonderful stuff - paticularly poignant for me as this was my Mother's favourite poem.

Just watched this on the day I tended my late father's grave and had a jolly good blub.

Not a bad rendition, but credit where credit is due - words by Alfred Lord Tennyson, musical setting copyright of Rani Arbo of Connecticut.

Yes, learnt from Jeff Warner. All of this is stated in the sleeve notes.

Thanks, I'll let him know - it was he who was concerned about it.

An interesting video, mixing a religious poem as a song, then spacey imagery from '2001'.
