@@mandipsingh7305 That's 'breach of promise' not 'false promise'. Even men can walk out of a relationship and that's not punishable legally. Only cases when it is proved that the man never meant to keep the promise of marriage that he made from day one (eg. a married man posing as a bachelor) attract section 376 and it should.
