People who swear that’s there’s only one way to do things shows a lack of knowledge and wisdom. When you are a prophet God will tell you to communicate to different people in different ways so they can receive the message and according to the situation. Imagine delivering a message from God in a way the person will not listen 👂🏾… Let’s stop assuming we know it all, God has all of us working for him in mysterious ways and we can tell each other if it’s done how we think that it’s wrong. We have the bible that tells us, though. Prophecies in the New Test were confirmed in the Old Test. The Bible teaches about false prophets and ppl with itching ears, wanting to hear these things. Why are ppl still wanting new words?

We have to hold ourselves accountable when making claims about what the word of God means and says. Far too many years have we had preachers and teachers use scripture to paint their own narritives. The bible has context, explains itself, has its own theology and doctrine. Humans continue to add to or take away what they dont understand. His explination of a " true prophet", sounds like anyone saying your making bad decisions get your life together. The New Testament IS the prophet from then to now and forever. 5 Questions to consider 1. Do we not believe John when he said he was the last prophet? 2. Do we not believe Jesus when he said he came to fulfill the Prophecy? 3. Didn't the bible tell us not to do fortune telling and necromancy? 4. Wouldn't prophesying someones future outside of the Word be fortune telling? 5. Did the bible not give all the prophecy needed, and are we still making chapters after Revelation? The bible os NOT " The never ending prophecies", so what exactly could anyone be prophesying 2 million years later 🤔. We stay lost because we don't READ the book!

A prophet hears from the Lord and is there to give instruction and warning to people. A prophet of God is filled with the Holy Spirit and a psychic gets their info from darkness. Two opposites.

​​​@@HEBREWESSThank you beloved for responding. What I mean is reading the book in context of what the authors wrote. Not in context of what we as humans think. A lot of the bible is always explained in modern context but it was written in the context of those people at THAT time. Our traditions, culture etc. Aren't the exact same as the folks in the bible. We have changed dramatically in what we see as social construct and technology. The book is to give us the history and examples of what God did and intended for everyone after Christ died to keep the Kingdom alive. The behaviors can be spot on even in modern times but we have Jesus that allows us to fail and learn. Most people don't actually sit and read the actual book for themselves. Too many people give their " understanding" when the book has its own context and own understanding. You can't Sup with God if you don't read his book. The book is his " Profile" 😂😂😂😂. We get lost in explination of others but can't explain what we read for ourselves. ❤Peace

God Bless Him and I enjoyed him on the Podcast but this is not the difference between the two. There are Prophets with different levels of the Gift. What he is describing is two different forms of Prophecy. 1. Word of Knowledge - is information given supernaturally by the Holy Spirit. It may relate to past or present circumstances. 2. Forensic Prophecy - is the means by which accurate details are presented. Every True Prophet has also been called a False Prophet. So you can not judge a Prophet by the standard of what someone says or your feelings. Just remember that False Prophets will never lead you to Christ. A Prophet should always lead you to Jesus. The word of God should bless you.

As a Prophet of God, when God gives me a word it is exactly as he is describing. God puts the word in my mouth with out all the other shenanigans he’s describing of the false profit. I release the word and I go about my business. Never once has God instructed me or put a word in my mouth that included describing anything personal about the person before I release The word of the lord in fact it’s very cut and straight to the point there is no such variations that you’re describing in the Bible.

@@sassyfavoredanointed We cannot limit God's Spiritual Gifts to our own experience. You're Spiritual Capacity is different than other Prophets. Just like there are young Prophets who are still learning and growing their gifts. Some are more advanced than others but still operating in the Kingdom. (Acts 2:17 KJV) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God,I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: The Bible was written in a timeframe before the Last Days. The Spiritual capacity of the Prophetic was Great but the last days shall be Greater. To reject the spiritual gift of seeing forensic details from God would limit the power of the God we serve. It's like saying that a familiar spirit is more All Knowing than God. God knows more about our lives than the familiar spirit. And there are Prophets of God who are gifted with that lense of prophecy and should be respected as much as any other Prophet of God. (John 14:12 KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and GREATER WORKS than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. There are Prophetic Levels that are much Greater than any familiar spirit. We should never put limitations on God's Spirit. The Prophets of the Last Days shall do Greater than not lesser than. They will be more detailed than the Prophets of the Bible.

Some Prophets have open visions. If you have a vision you will have more details then a word of Knowledge.

A prophet is a man/woman who has a foretelling of an event that goes to scripture and stays right there. A woman can be a prophetess and a man can be a prophet. Anything a man or woman says that says the "Lord told me" or "the Lord said" be very weary. Save yourself and get bible right! And you have these people. I didn't find false profits with large churches. Just because somebody isn't a large church. Does that mean that they weren't sent by God and does not mean that they are a false prophet? It does not mean that God did not actually build the foundation of that church and these influencers need to stop describing a false profit by the size of a church. Because that is not what's considered to be a false prophet

You want to compare old testament prophets to church prophets, that's the first mistake. The word of knowledge is not a familiar spirit but one of the operations of the Holy Spirit. Jesus told the woman at the well about her past life with different men, and it was that interaction that caused her to believe in Jesus. A personal word sometimes requires a man of God to convince the listener. It's definitely not a sign that a person is a fake prophet.
